Guys come to Mobile zone! Great deals you won’t regret coming here! Its not an expensive place and I feel I can trust this place than any other store. They have great customer service which are friendly and helpful.

This review is for T-​Mobile in general. I have been a customer for over 15 years. The service has totally gone downhill. Representives from the stores and the 611 customer line do not know nor have the same informaiton regarding services on the phones, the data, the general abilities of the company.
I was told I cannot buy an unlocked phone to use in China. I want to upgrade my Blackberry and wanted to buy a new Galaxy 3. Various T-​Mobile store salespeople told me I had to have the phone for 40 days. I called T-​Mobilie and since my phone number has been in my possession for over 15 years, they said NO PROBLEM, the phone would be unlocked within 24 hours. I bought the phone. Today, I get an email saying they COULD NOT unlock the phone. ARGH. I will have to now try to get T-​Mobile to unlock OR reactivate my Blackberry. What a goatrope. Does anyone get training at this company on what can and cannot be done with the phones, or service?
This is SOOOO frustrating!!! I am a long time customer who just wants to upgrade to a newer phone and the time I have wasted, talking to one T-​Mobile rep after another is maddening!!!
SOMEONE HELP ME!!!
