This is a disappointing Taco Bell when it comes to quality and timing of ordering. I usually have to wait in line for a few minutes before getting someone to hear me give an order and they still find a way to mess up my order, wether it’s putting ¾ lettuce and cheese over the meat on the taco or giving me all soft tacos when I order hard, it is frustrating.

This is the worst Taco Bell in Springfield. They never get your order right, put almost no filling in the shells and take too long in the drive thru.

Order made to my specs, hot & the staff was very polite! :) Might need to watch the grease sometimes, but still on the yummy side.
