Just like Amy’s review from 2012, our wedding reception with Elite DJ was awful. We met with Dave and gave him a playlist of songs for the entire night. We felt comfortable with our agreement but a week before our wedding, we tried to get hold of Dave to send him a song for the father daughter dance. Could not reach him. When we arrived to our reception, Jeremy came out of the room and told us he didn’t have our entrance song. For Dave claiming he could get any song on the internet(and this was a popular song) that was very frustrating. Had we been told earlier, we could have sent it to him. Jeremy was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. He didn’t play our playlist and completely ignored our reception venue’s timeline for the night. We had to keep reminding him the order of events. Our guests complained about the random, bad songs he played. Definitely not worth the hundreds of dollars we spent. Do yourself a favor and go with a different dj.

We hired Jeremy from Elite DJ Service to provide DJ and karaōke services for our wedding reception. We set up music preferences and the reception agenda with Dave(the owner) a few days before the event, and first met Jeremy at the reception hall. From the start, Jeremy was remarkably unprofessional– changing his shirt in front of us, long absences during the reception, forgetting the cake cutting, etc. He didn’t seem to know our names or anything about the toasts. He needed assistance getting the video started. During dancing & karaōke, thing got worse. He refused to play the groom’s requests and had serious problems operating the karaōke equipment. He did not bring a karaōke list, and did not seem to notice(much less respond to) the crowd. In short, Jeremy seemed confused and disinterested most of the evening. I would NOT recommend Elite DJ Service — use an iPod and rent PA system instead.
