Let me start off by saying… I love this thrift store! However, there is one woman who works there that is so extremely rude I can’t believe it! She may be a volunteer and that’s fine, but if you hate it that badly, *why* are you doing it? Good grief! Love the store and the staff ~ except her! I breathe a sigh of relief when she isn’t there!

Stuff here is really cheap. If you are willing to look through a lot of junk you may find a diamond in the rough. I found some great vintage clothes from here. There are lots a 80’s clothes here.

I like this thrift store but I don’t usually buy much. They have clothes and books and some tools and kids stuff etc. They have elderly volunteers that are so sweet and friendly. I got some big vintage wall maps to make into something cool. My BF got a vintage Pabst Blue Ribbon hat. They have no one organizing things in the back room. Looks like a bomb went off in there. The tables are cluttered and the curling irons were so knotted and tangled together I couldn’t even get one separated from the mess. The manager or owner should spend some time organizing and taking pride in the store. Those elderly volunteers cannot possibly clean to the extent that this place needs. One thing I noticed since I’ve been here several times is they got rid of what ever stunk in the back room. So if you came here last year when the back room smelled like a rotting animal then rest assure they seemed to have gotten rid of the stench which is a really good thing! For a thrift store I have given it a 4 out of 5 stars because the prices are actually thrift store prices! But they could use some better inventory. If your looking for a place to donate items take them here instead of the overpriced Red Rack chain! I was surprised that someone commented on how clean and organized it is on another review. It’s not! That person must be a horder if they think this place is clean. Lol. And I also didn’t hear any awful music as another person said. It is a Christian store and they normally play Christian music at Christian ran thrift stores. No biggie… I saw the manager once and he smokes at the front door which is gross. He needs to take that into the parking lot instead of smoking in the open door for all to breath. Stop smoking sir and clean up your inventory in the back rooms !!

I absolutely love this thrift store. It has become a new favorite of mine. Items are put out daily and the prices are the best in town. Almost all clothing 1 dollar. You cannot beat that! Staff is very friendly and the place is pretty organized and clean, especially for the amount of stuff they have. Looks are deceiving for sure because from the front the place looks tiny BUT inside it is packed with several rooms full of treasures! Happy Thrifting!

This thrift store benefits a children’s home(for details ask them… I am not the expert) and I’ve heard most of the staff are volunteers, so that is a bit impressive. However, I do not care much for the items they sell. In fact I’ve found so little of interest to me in this store that I have been donating my own unwanted items, hoping to jazz the place up a tad. After several attempts at uncovering that great little thrift store«find» I usually discover in other stores, I have yet to make a single purchase at Thrift Haven. I will say I do not like the music playing on my visits — Christian radio and once, a full-on church sermon and choir singing. No thank you.
