Thursday is their Fried Chicken special. It is the best fried chicken I’ve had in well I can’t remember when. Piping hot. Crispy. Perfect blend of seasonings. Loved it. Service was great too

Total dive, but with my favorite Horseshoe cheese sauce in town — I know those are bold words, but I stand by ‘em. So many places have a thick sauce that gets gummy within 5 minutes of getting your food, but theirs is flavorful with a bit of a kick that holds up well 5 or 20 minutes after you get your sandwich.
I especially like the canadian bacon horseshoe here — for some reason, their meat is really superior to any place else in town.
Friendly staff, inexpensive, great place to grab a horse shoe and a beer.
