Affordable and in a good location. The street and sidewalks recently renovated with new lamps, the neighborhood looks nicer. Close to downtown, everything is a short walk away. If your roommates don’t pay, you’re not the one to fork over or get kicked out – every man for himself! Security cameras have recently been installed due to car break-ins. The cheap monthly rent attracts college-aged men and women who have little respect for their neighbors. The building is made out of recycled material so noise is conducted optimally… you can hear EVERY footstep your upstairs neighbors make. Loud bass units are VERY annoying. Tenants do not respect parking lot etiquette. Landlord seems oblivious to the noise complaints or won’t do anything about it, despite EXPLICIT lease agreement policy of «no loud parties.» Overall, when it is quiet it is a gem. Patio, private bathrooms, HE washer and dryer, lots of space. Not good for children or elderly.
