I made appointments for my mom and myself days in advance of my visit back home. I drove two hours to pick up my mom and bring her out to get her nails done. When we arrived the place was packed — good sign. However, regardless of having an appointment or not, you are taken in the order upon which you arrive. Appointments are not recognized and everyone is treated as a walk-​in. We were on time but still waited for over a half hour to be seated. Because they were so busy, everything was rushed and it was not the relaxing experience that I had hoped to give my mom. The nail jobs themselves were fine, nothing special. Prices are exactly what I pay in MA. I will seek an alternative nail shop for my next visit.
