We LOVE this place! Have amazing food with your toes in the sand! This place has an amazing atmosphere with phenomenal food right on the beach. The snow crab legs are out of this world! They have a great selection of appetizers. Our server, Barbie, was amazing. This is a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy good company with great food and drinks!

My wife and I have been here twice. The first time we came we were blown away by how delicious the food was, but were super turned off by the service. Our waitress seemed very rushed and paid little attention to us. We forgave her though because the poor lady had like 7 tables, so we decided to give the place a 2nd chance since the food was so good. The 2nd time, our service was so awful. After we got our food, we waited THIRTY minutes for our waitress. I saw her help multiple other tables while we had no drinks and our daughter refused to eat without ranch. Finally I flagged down a bus boy and asked him to get her for us. Some of the greatest food we’ve ever had, but left with the after taste of terrible service.

Had lunch here during a family trip. Spent the night throwing everything up due to undercooked coconut shrimp. Service slacked too due to possible understaffing. Never again.

Been back there after a while and everything is running smoothly. Food and service are excellent. In retrospect my first review was probably unfair since they were still working out the kinks with the new restaurant.

I was one of Beaches first customers and I have to say bartenders were much friendly a couple years ago. The female bartender acted as if I was invisible and only spoke to my date. I noticed she did this a lot and the blonde girl wore blinders. The guy bartending seemed a bit clueless. The manager dark haired young man walked around checking on guests and was always smiling very friendly. Food so so… but we go for the buckets of beer and the view. Definitely a spot to check out and take awesome pictures!!!

We had the cup of key west clam chowder for my toddler, she loved it. I had the fried shrimp– not he coconut, and I picked Mac and cheese and tater tots for my sides (you may pick 2). My mom had the Mediterranean pasta. We also had a Long Island tea and a long beach tea. Everything was very tasty and the drink were yummy. We sat inside by the windows so we could look out to the water.

This place has outside and inside dining area you could also eat, snack or have lunch right on the beach they have tables there it’s always a pleasant time spent there. There is nothing like drinking by the water and enjoying good weather and scenery

We came for dinner tonight arrive at the restaurant with a table of 8 people
Approach the employee in the hostess stand «cause we can’t call that irresponsible person a hostess» no greetings no nothing… No maners at all
A table for 8 please, how long is going to take… Her answer… What ever takes the waiter to clean a table… Can you believe this??? We leave the property right there in the spot
Before us was another table that also was treated unfair…
The management team at this place need to train their employees soon!!!

The patio view was amazing, the tropical feel of the place was nice and relaxing. The food was absolutely amazing. We started out with a frozen tropical Margarita and fried gator tail with a devine dipping sauce. The gator was tender, not too chewy. We then had the sugar cane shrimp with black beans and rice, and fried plantain with a side of crablegs. The seasonings in the rice and beans was very flavorful and earthy which blended nicely with the sweet, tangy sauce on the shrimp. Let me tell you now, the fried cheese cake is amazing. I have never tasted anything like it and the fresh fruit topped it off nicely. The waitress could have been a little more personable but all in all this was a good experience and it is definitely worth a stop.

Came here since it was a suggestion of a few locals in St. Augustine. It is the perfect place for us. There is a nice water view, super tropical feel, dog friendly, and there are good areas of shade and sun.
We came here and sat by the bar area that looks out to the water. It is the intercoastal, so it is nice and chill. We ordered a Piña colada & a Key Lime Colada. They were perfect.
We met fun people there and were chatting away. If I could stay there, and time would stay still, I would be happy all the time.
They also have food options, but we were not interested in them. There are spots to sit inside, outaide, by the bar, and on the beach. As good as it can be!!!

Good wings (ask for 18 minute wings).good shrimp tacos, killer grilled cheese (not on menu), all around good bar food… nice brew selection. .outdoor and sandy areas available for seating. .live music… next to pier… beach area has lots of shells so you may want shoes.(we don’t but there’s some sharp oyster shells)…staff is nice… scenery is great… boat dock area with fuel and ice.

We didn’t eat here, so this review is based on just enjoying a cocktail out back. What a nice place to put your toes in the sand and enjoy the sunset! Nice staff also!

We ate here for lunch and had a really good experience, so we bragged about how good they were and talked friends into doing dinner here, like night and day literally. I guess when the sun goes down the service and quality change. Lunch was wonderful, we had 2 Appetizers, the Conch fritters, and baked brie both great. the signature burger, marley burger was very good as well. went back for dinner and tried the fish taco’s and wanted to try something new and tried the fried spinach, I do not know what anyone would see in this. Dry over cooked like dry over cooked dirt. my daughter ordered a Cesar salad, which never came, and the waitress was to replace the burnt spinach with fries, which never came. over all bad experience at dinner and good at lunch, so an average 3 stars. great location and tons of potential, need to work on quality service and consistency!

If you are looking for a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the downtown St. Augustine area and looking for a laid back place to feel the ocean breeze blow across your face a place that serves up amazing cocktails, spectacular food and just an over-​all fun atmosphere cross the bridge to experience Beaches at Vilano. Grab a comfortable seat at the outside tiki bar and be prepared to meet people with the same agenda or lack of any agenda because you don’t need any here, the bartenders are extremely friendly and will ensure your favorite refreshment is always filled and remember «always drink responsibly». Try the gator bites always tender, fried perfectly and spicy.

The atmosphere here is awesome with live music and a sandy area where kids can play outside, while the adults enjoy cocktails and foodon the outside deck. Service was not so great though, and it took entirely too long for us to get drinks or food. We had a party at 8 and ask the waitress to split our checks into two for each of the families of 4 and it completely blew her mind. She told us to just remind her when we asked for the check and then of course had no idea who ordered what when it was time to go. Other than that, food was delicious and so were the cocktails.
