The wings were fantastic. I loved the harvest patch beer they have on draft right now. Chloey was my waitress, and she was AMAZING. She was so friendly, and had a smile on her face.

Waitress was nice but cups were disgusting. Tasted like dirty dishes and found food(bits of chicken breading) floating in my drink. Not going to this location every again.

Nothing special. Nothing that stands out. Nothing that sets this place apart from any other chain restaurant. Just a typical BWW. There are a ton of television screens, each tuned to a different sports event. Can be a little crowded at times, and for that, they need to spread the bar area tables just a few more inches. It is annoying when one gets elbowed or bumped causing a wing in the nose.

This place was relatively quiet except for our server.. .she was.. loud! What a piercing voice! Other than that my experience was pretty good. Attentive without being overbearing and the food came out great! Oh, and if the sauce says it’s Spicy.. .trust it! I ordered something a tad overwhelming!

So this is twice now I’ve come in no the servers are too busy talking to each other to notice me. Yesterday I went in to bar at 3 pm n the two girl bartenders were too busy talking to the manager than to notice I had been sitting in the area for almost 10 min. I say in a different lady section(quan) very nice I want to say Asian but I don’t remember but she went n told the manager(Paul) I was upset Id not been helped which was nice and she was extremely perfect as a server. The manager came over n then after I told him the bartenders were too busy talking I realized he was the one talking to them n keeping them from their duty then he had said that was him I don’t think I would of admitted that as manager. He also told me my server said I was really mad n something like she over exaggerates which is not info a customer should know I don’t need to know the runnings n drama of a business. But I let him know I wasn’t mad n bc quan was a great server very attentive. I watched Paul over the next hour lean over a half wall watching tv n doing nothing else im sure the restaurant has things that need to b done and he seems very lazy n not manager material he reminds me of that employee U always have to give something to do to bc they can’t think on they own. A lot of the other staff some male waiters n bartenders say he is lazy and a bad manager. He needs to read dale carnegies book how to win friends n influence people I had jon as a server yesterday very good kid U can see he’s not thrilled w working there. Today I came back in and quan served me again I love her customer service 100% on point when my restaurant opens she’s the type Id put in a managers position very great at what she does food was not bad but w out quan Id never return or recommend to any one else

On par with most bdubs. Timing is key for what games you want to see, teeming with st Louis blues fans, not a problem for me but if hockeys not your thing stay away during NHL season. Service was good and attentive.

I am a pretty regular visitor to B’Dubs locations(three times a week), and this one has proven pretty inconsistent. The atmosphere is what you would expect, the food is average, and the service is typically rude(especially on carry out orders) and slow. Despite them offering ranch, they never actually put it in the bag. After having this happen more than once it is now a game to see if it’s in the bag/box, or if I have to beg for it. Nothing here tastes«fresh.» The naked tenders appear to be grilled on a skillet rather than flame, the buffalitos and wraps taste as if they are made with frozen chicken beyond it’s shelf life and are often slimy. Like a nice hot, crispy buffalo chip? Don’t come here, you will be served barely less than frozen chips. I have sworn I won’t be back many times, yet I keep giving them a chance. Today is no exception, my food was cold even though I had to wait for it to finish cooking, the ranch was missing again, the lettuce in my salad was rusty, and the pretzels hard… but darn it if that Katie(if that was her real name) was so dang pleasant! I guess that change in pace is why I give this two stars…

Reeks of Smoke… if you enjoy eating without the overwhelming smell of cigarettes, do not eat here! I love BW3s, but this location was not up to par. They allow smoking in the bar area, which is cool if they had a ventilation system that catered to non-smokers as well. Food was ok and service was average but I won’t be back.

Always delicious and always a win. The wing deal days are the best. The dry rubs are delicious and the jalapeño sauce is phenomenal. My personal favorite is the parmesan garlic. It’s addiction for some reason… they must put something in it that keep bringing me back! I will be back another Tuesday or Thursday!

We love BWW, and have been to this location many, many times. We have wings, beer, play trivia and watch sports. We usually sit in the bar area. The food is great. We love wings, they have a lot of choices for sauces from hot to mild, and I love the new chipotle rub. The beer specials are usually pretty good. We play trivia, and sometimes when it’s crowded there aren’t enough trivia boxes, or the ones that are available aren’t charged. We can now play on our iPhones so that’s no longer an issue. There are usually plenty of screens open with trivia on them. The only problem is the service. About every other time, we have FANTASTIC service — then we never see that person again. So, either they don’t treat good people well, or they get promoted to the day shift and we never see them again. Turnover must be incredible, and it would be interesting to find out why. Anyway, great food, good service — about half the time. Avoid during Rams, Cardinals, or Blues game — if you want to get a seat.

This review is based on a call in and pick-up and not a seating. Maybe they were having a bad night and maybe the manager does not know how to manage. I called in an order and had a couple of simple questions. I had questions because their website is unclear about how many wings you get with certain sized orders. Unfortunately, they had someone covering the phones and taking the orders who was new and did not know what to do. When I arrived to pick it up, there was a walk-up customer trying to order and she appeared to know more than the girl taking the order(same one as on the phone). In spite of being behind only this one person, it took nearly 10 minutes to get my already bagged order and get out of there. Once I looked it over I realized that they forgot a lot of the sauces that come with it and she had to go back and find them. While all this was going on the line at the front was growing because nobody was playing host/hostess. Sundays during football season are pretty big days for BWW I would guess. When an assistant mgr did finally come by to begin to seat those that gathered, no tables were ready because they were not bussed. All of these problems are management problems. Tables need to get bussed. People need to be greeted and seated quickly. And the person on the phones either needs to know the products or needs to have a trainer handy. I don’t think I am going back to this one anytime soon.

Listen, first things first, if you are going to review a sports bar, you have to take a few things into consideration: 1-it gets loud. guys+beer+sports=loud it’s simple math 2-there will be wings involved. guys+beer+sports=wings it’s 8th grade math 3-expect to pay normal prices for both beer and wings.(beer+wings)sportsbar=guys/mcdonalds it’s pre-calc Now that we’ve established these rules, we can move on to an honest review. I avoided this place like the plague for years. I can’t do spicy, or at least I haven’t had a lot of wonderful moments with it over the years. Something about the feeling of razor blades passing through my back side keeps me pretty far from spicy foods. However, my wife finally convinced me to try this place about a year or two ago. After that first visit, for about six months, the only place I would go was Buffalo Wild Wings! I absolutely love the food here. Most every visit I found myself with a full stomach and though it wasn’t cheap, it didn’t break my pocket. If you are expecting to pay McDonalds prices for the food, you are out of your mind. But if you can have reasonable expectations, you can get away with a damned good meal for under $ 30, which the last time I checked, that’s pretty much to going rate for a place that doesn’t take your order with a pair of headphones and follow up with«do you want fries with that?» The great thing about the food here is a guy like me can find a decent sauce that has flavor and none of the stomach cramping effects that spicy sauces can cause. The burgers are actually pretty good, the fries as well. I love the honey BBQ wings, and you can’t beat a cold beer. The area this place lacks is in the service. It isn’t slow, but it is inconsistent. One night, you might get crazy good service, the next night, you might get the worst service you’ve ever had. Generally, though, you get an average experience. I think 3 stars is a solid rating for this place, and here is why. The food is good. There is nothing that makes me scream«let’s got to Buffalo Wild Wings!!» But if someone suggests it, I don’t turn it away. The price doesn’t kill this place, but it doesn’t separate itself from the other concept chain restaurants out there. Even though this is one of my favorite chains, this particular location doesn’t make me want to drive the extra few exits to get to it. I pass literally dozens of places to get here, and there are dozens more just down the road that do separate themselves from the pack for one reason or another. Would I recommend trying Buffalo Wild Wings to a friend? Yup. Will I be back? Yup. Am I rushing out the door to do either? Nope.

I am not a wing eater but I agreed to accompany some co-workers to BWW’s for a quick lunch break to escape the hectic-ness of the office one day. I was not super hungry either but I saw they had mac n cheese on the menu for something incredibly cheap like $ 2.99. The waitress said it was creamy so I went for it. Actually enjoyed it. Not the best I’ve ever had but not the worst either. The pasta was actually pretty tough which I like… sometimes mac n cheese suffers from icky overcooked pasta. Service was kinda slow, which was my only complaint and the smell of hot sauce was overbearing in the restaurant. Eventually I got used to the smell but it was off-putting for the first 10 mins or so. I see they have other things on the menu besides wings so I’d probably go back here again with my coworkers if they wanted lunch here.

It’s a BWW… that sums it up. Loud, screens playing sports and games, wings. But it’s a good place to go if you are in the area and you want something reasonably priced to eat(wings) and you don’t mind the noise level. And if you happen to have a basketball fan with you like we did then it’s all good. The food is BWW food, nothing to write home about but your basic good sports watching type of finger food. Service was good and pretty quick considering it was packing in there. Only one big problem — do NOT sit near that kiddie game machine section in the back unless you have the kiddies with you. Otherwise you will have to put up with screaming mimi’s like we did until they had played out their money and their parents took them home. And believe their heat chart on their sauces and rubs. Phew!!!

I’ve been here several times, and it’s not bad, but it’s not great. The food is definitely on the higher end as far as pricing goes, and they never hesitate to try and nickel and dime you. That really irritates me. Plus, they don’t really hid the fact that they cut corners. In addition, service is never quick. First, the waitresses are always running around like chickens with their heads cut off, but I never quite know where they are going. In addition, there is always a ton of employees that are hanging out near the pickup window/hostess stand. I don’t understand why there are always so many people hanging out there, but those extra bodies could be used to work the tables and help service speed pick up. Also, where is the sauce on the wings? It never fails that not a single wing that I get is ever fully covered in the sauce that I order. Obviously they are skimping on the flavoring(while good), but come on. Don’t make it that obvious that you are cutting corners. Needless to say, you can get more flavorful and cheaper wings(and likely cheaper anything else) at your local neighborhood joint. Oh, and you won’t feel like you are getting nickel and dimed to death.

We stopped by after the festival of the little hills and I was impressed that they didn’t have a wait. Usually during this festival everything around is packed with crazy hungry people, but we got right it. I have only been to a BWW a couple of times and have had lack luster food. This time was different, I ordered the BBQ bacon chicken sandwich and my wife ordered the chicken tenders. I think my in laws both ordered the BBQ burger. I also got onion rings instead of fries, after being in the heat for so long fries just didn’t sound appetizing. The food came out pretty quickly and our waitress was really nice, she must have filled our water about 6 times; did I mention we were in the heat? Once we got our food I was amassed at the size of the piece of chicken on my sandwich; it wasn’t huge but it also didn’t disappear under the bun. I was just hoping it was not tough and chewy, to my delight it was incredibly tender and juicy. I ate everything on my plate and felt great I wasn’t stuffed and didn’t feel sorry that I had eaten it. I kept thinking«man why don’t I eat here more often?» my wife and the in laws said the same thing, they were very impressed with their food. Great place for lunch.

Another take out place customers like. The boneless wings and the little potato wedges are all I will eat here. I am not a fan of anything else. As for sauces, I like the Asian Zing and Hot. And they will not mix sauces… I tried. It cross contaminates their tossing/mixing bowls.

3 days ago I burned my entire mouth on a garlic battered mushroom. The mushroom was worth it, but I am still suffering. I have recently found a love for mushrooms, so when I see them as an appetizer, I usually order them. The batter had just a hint of garlic, which I love, and the good kind of mushrooms were on the inside. I enjoyed the variety of sauces for the wings, we each got a 12 wing basket, my dinner mate ordered Honey BBQ and I ordered Mango Habanero. I didn’t try the Honey BBQ, because it’s usually too sweet for me. The Mango Habanero… OMG. It was sweet, I didn’t feel the habanero until I was a few bites in and my lips were tingling. I don’t really know how I made it through the 12 pieces. And it was so sneaky! Like I said, it was sweet, I didn’t feel the heat at all! I liked it, I’m a glutton for punishment, I’ll probably order them again. But I’m going to wait a few minutes on the mushrooms!
