We used to come here all the time. We loved this place. Fresh drinks, nice foods, friendly waitresses. Then we noticed slight price raises, so we started to visit some other places. Tonight a few old friends came back in town. We decided to have a few drinks at Tilted Kilt just like we used to do. It’s been almost half a year since the last time we were there. We got a table and sat down. The new menus looked great and finally you don’t have to push that hard to open the men’s room anymore. However, we sat there for about 15 minutes and, still, no one came to take our order. We couldn’t even find a waitress. We left and went to hooters instead. Our experience at hooters was great. Great beer and tasty wings. This is probably the last time we will choose tilted kilt. It’s sad because we used to go there all the time and we had so much good memory.

Scenery was amazing. Other breastaurants can be hit or miss. I was there during a shift change. First bartender was professional but nothing special. At one point I had to wait about 5 minutes for a beer refill. I was disappointed there were no drink specials. A domestic draft cost $ 4.50. The second bartender was extremely friendly and quick on the refills. She recommended the burgers for an entrée. I wasn’t in the mood so ordered the nachos, which were listed as an appetizer. The portions were huge. Overall they were good even though the chicken was a little dry. I plan on being a regular.

Just finished lunch and the food was good. The server was inexperienced but with a little training could be very good. The only problem was at the bar. The waitress was ignored while trying to fill our drink orders. Seems her socializing and bar business trumped the table food business. Also received a beer with large chip on glass edge. These folks are not taking care of business.

My friend and I had planned the afternoon enjoying beer and food. Because of extremely poor service, we left and went somewhere else. This is the 2nd time that the place wasn’t busy. Service should have been outstanding, but the girls were huddled up talking to themselves and ignoring customers. I walked in at 2:00PM(exactly). Two or three minutes later, the server stopped her conversation, took our order for beer. At 2:09 the beer was delivered. The drinks sat at the delivery station while she continued her co-worker conversation. We wanted to order food. Hadn’t seen the server since the beer was delivered. Look around, oh, there she is sitting at a table with another server talking away and ignoring customers. We paid our bill and went down the street where we got great service and spent rest of the day. This was the 2nd time this happened, there won’t be a third.

Chicken tenders are pretty good. Everything else is mediocre. Should try it at least once.

If you’ve ever been to one of these ‘breastraunts” you know what to expect. This location is above average in terms of quality and beer selection. Their beer-centric manager is no longer there so the assortment quality has dropped a bit, but I am hopeful that it will get better as we approach the fall stout season. Come for the attractive«kilt» girls, stay for the wide beer assortment. Their food is pretty good too!

My wife loves the food as do I. We stopped by today at lunch and had Courtney as a server. I feel bad for the other reviewers who had duds for waitresses. She was quick to greet us and deliver drinks. The appetizer arrived quickly. Shw kept our drinks fillwd and table cleared. I had the fish and chips. The best beer batter fish, fries and cole slaw I’ve had. The wife had a flatbread pizza. Both were great. Lunch was reasonably priced. A return trip is assured.

I really like this place, I do. But do any girls have any sort of personality here EVER?! Nobody talks to you, nobody looks interested in having a chat it’s just silence all the damn time. Does everyone really hate their job this much and only want a minimum tip to help pay for school? Frankly it’s becoming boring. I only come here when I go to shows at the amphitheater or Family Arena so it’s not like I’m some regular, I get it, but for gods sake step it up a little. The mozzarella sticks are actually awesome and they have a decent beer selection but these girls are silent robots and there is nothing more boring and the atmosphere of the place suffers because of it. No girls are rude or nasty here, but they certainly aren’t any kind of social either. SNORE!

The food was very good. We had wings, an Irish pub sandwich and a chicken Caesar salad. Our server was nice and prompt. Two complaints:(1) no booths and we weren’t asked if we preferred a low top table, we were automatically seated in the bar area when it wasn’t crowded.(2) there was a loud speaker right over our table.

Food sucked and service sucked. I wouldn’t recommended it even if your starving. If I could 0 stars. Server took my drink order. Took 20 minutes! Then she couldn’t even remember who ordered it. She was wondering around like a lost dog. Pathetic. Never going back.

Ok decent beer selection. Went with the Shepard pie which was more mashed potatoes than anything. Not much personality from the staff. Decent number of TV s to watch the games.

Believe it or not my wife was the one that suggested we go here! Oddly enough, it wasn’t as appealing for me as she thought it would be. Young girls in short skirts, boobs pushed up and almost out, it would seem to be my kind of place, but what I have come to learn about myself is that I am extremely uncomfortable in places like this. I am one that finds staring at a woman’s chest to be disrespectful, so imagine sitting in a room full of girls who EXPECT you to be looking at their chests? Anyway, that’s just me, and that is why I cannot give the Tilted Kilt a full five stars. Beyond the atmosphere, the food was extremely good. Service too, was on point. I had a BBQ Burger with a Guiness BBQ Sauce that was outstanding. I cannot remember what my wife ate, some sort of wrap looking thing that she also enjoyed very much. We didn’t partake in any alcohol for this stop, but we did note the drinks list and a few cocktails that we thought sounded interesting. Also discovered they do sports PPV events, as they were promoting the Mayweather fight the day we were there. $ 15 cover for the fight, which isn’t too bad. It was better than blowing $ 100 at home, that’s for sure! Either way, I really liked the food here, and might find myself there again, but my akwardness towards the apparel might be the thing that keeps me away.

Their beer battered Fish is one of the best fried fish I have had at a non-seafood restaurant. Highly recommend the food. This is a knock off of a Hooters type restaurant so if you are a guy, go for it. The atmosphere is a challenge unless you are with a large group where you expect to be yelling across the table. The acoustics leave a lot to be desired for talking but the TVs are tuned to the best sports programs and this is a great place to watch playoffs as there is plenty of room and I have seen large groups walk right in and get seated in minutes with no prior notice. Getting to the restaurant is a bit of an adventure as the parking lot entrance is off a side street from Hwy 94 and has the old speed bumps. Yes they still work as well as they ever have, better at night when you miss them until Wham you locate them, by accident.

Married suburbanites males safe place to look at Catholic school girls costumes… This is great marketing! Pros –the costume(pure GENUIS!) –large selection of draft beer(Lagunitas IPA) –full bar(vs Hooters) –free cookie dough with ice cream for birthdays –clean & well maintained bar/restaurant Cons –you pay a premium price for the view –food I have had has been standard bar food including the«hot» SOB burger special –very background noisy even with few people there Most of my suburbanite married friends hear about a guy’s birthday, we end up at lunch here. I like it, but not love it. I usually feel less guilty checking out the bartender because she should be at least 21 to pour alcohol. I have been told by all my waitresses that they themselves are over 21, but I did not check ID.

Not my favorite place to go. It feels like an odd spin on Hooters… I am not a huge fan of either. The food was OK, the service was the same. Maybe too much focus on girls and not enough on the food. Pretty faces can’t make a better burger.

Ever been to a Hooters? This is the same place, just with a different uniform. Same kind of menu, same kind of beer list, same disappointing service. I think our server was expecting her tip because she was dressed skimpy rather than for providing good service. At least the bartender can pour a pint of Guinness properly. I had some boneless wings, which seems to be the way to go in places like this. The medium Buffalo sauce was mild by my standards. I had some fries as my side. Overall the food and beer was solid, but nothing outstanding.

This place is like a slightly more«classy» version of Hooters with a bit more focus on the sports bar appeal. In general, the service is about average, the food is about the same. If you are hunting for a place to watch the games — particularly the Cardinals or Mizzou — this place should fit the bill perfectly and will provide food that hits the spot… goes well with beer! Depending on the crowd, things can get a little rowdy. Liquor: Full bar, decent on-tap selection, seasonals
