Salon Centric

Well… I USED to love thislocation.
However, After my experiance here a few weeks ago I will NEVER go back!
(To this location anyway :))
I walked into the store with my mom, just planning on grabbing a hair color to do a touch up on my hair.
Unfortunately, I completely forgot what color I had picked the previous time I was there so I walked up to the front registers and kindly asked if the girl could look it up.
I have been to many different salon centric locations (including this very location) and know for a fact that looking up my previous purchase was possible.
The rude girl at the front, that looked like she had a stick up her butt, just bluntly said «NO.»
No? No! are you freaking kidding me?
She continues by telling me that it isnt possible for them to look up previous purchases. Well i called her out on her BS and then she decided to look up the purchase while still being extremely rude.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I’ve never had such awful customer service.
The worst part is this girl seemed to be training a new employee.
Hopefully that new employee actually has some manners.
Like I said, I will not be returning to this location.
I will drive the extra 10 minutes to the Geneva location that has quality cusomer service.

Horrible! The staff is rude and unhelpful. When asking questions regarding product information the staff was very condescending. Even during the check-​out process, the staff was disinterested and aloof. They act as if you are completely putting them out by either asking a question or making a purchase. For those who work at this location, if you don’t like working in the service industry and dealing with people then stay in the back room or get another job.

Love this store and the girls that work here are very nice and helpful. =)
