While the female dr was wonderful, but only filling in, the rep in the front was very cold and non professional. This was my second visit, both times for exams and was treated the same way each time. First time was for my 5 year old daughter, today with my 65 year old dad. The guy seems to be bothered that you’re there, bothered that you’re early and trying on the glasses and bothered that you ask him a question.
He never smiled and made us feel uncomfortable both times and that’s why I feel it’s worth mentioning!
I’d like to compliment the Dr more however she was only temporary!

Dr. Williams assitsed my 16 y.o. for his exam. she was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and has a good bedside manner. There’s a very good selection of frames to choose from and at a much lower price that a stand alone eye doc. Glen assisted us with choosing frames and lenses. He was very good and informative and there’s certainly no pressure to upgrade anything you’re purchasing. I would certainly recommend target optical.

Dr. Williams is wonderful with children! I took my daughter here for her first eye exam at age 4, unsure whether I’d made a mistake not taking her to a pediatric specialist. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – Dr. Williams was fantastic. I highly recommend taking your young children here!

Took my daughter to see Dr. Andrew Paik at Target Optical in Saint Charles today, and am very happy we went! How REFRESHING it is to work with a doctor who has that rare combination of being competent, thorough, kind, thoughtful and genuine. I am impressed, and so is my daughter. One person really can make a difference in creating a truly GREAT experience for a patient /​customer. But so few do! Thank you, Dr. Paik, for taking good care of my daughter, inspiring confidence, and being a kind, compassionate person on top of it. My family and I will be back.

This was my best experience to date in terms of regular eye checkups. Dr Paik and staff were personable, thorough, competent and sincere. It was also very reasonably priced (I didn’t have eye insurance) and I left with a generous supply of samples. Made what would be a routine checkup to actually be enjoyable and beneficial. Highly recommend!
