Outback just isnt what it used to be in my opinion. The portions just keep getting smaller. And prices keep getting higher. Its like they measure everything to a T. Even how many fries. I used to get Alice spring chicken and it was huge piece of chicken. Alot of cheese and bacon. Fries were piled high falling off plate. Now, even the large portion is tiny. I know we dont need huge portions but when you go out to eat you want to kinda indulge. And feel like you got your moneys worth.

Great place, my son’s favorite! Excellent service and food, they strive to make sure you are happy with your entire dining experience!

Ordered the prime rib sandwich and it came out «refrigerator» cold; the pitcher of sangria is what we ordered and it was just fruit juices… The fries, beer and ahi tuna were great. I counted 9 employees passing by trash on the floor before the tenth one picked it up. Visited the restroom and no paper towels… Horrible place… Sought out manager and he offers us an appetizer on him during our next visit; we left it on the table!

Very happy with this location. We were shown to our seat as soon as we arrived. Parking is the only problem here, they share a parking lot with gators dockside and gold’s gym. This location was updated not that long ago which was very much need and looks great. Food was cooked perfectly and hot. Drinks were never empty which is always a plus. Sangria was very tasty as was the ice tea with lime. Waitress was not over bearing and made sure we had everything we needed a few times. Had the half rib eye melt with the Cesar salad and it was more than enough with the bread they gave you for lunch. The grilled fish sandwich was grilled to perfection.

Baby back ribs were really tasty as well as the chicken tortilla soup but I would say my ribeye was okay. The Alice springs chicken not great.

Outback is a great place for families if you want a casual dinner. The bread is warm and yummy. The blooming onion is great. The steaks are seasoned very well and are pretty tasty. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant was clean and the severs are always very polite and attentive.

I keep giving this Outback another try — and I simply do not know why. The service has been downhill for sometime now. We recently went in on a Friday night at 6:30. Clearly, we expected it to be busy since it was Friday… but to our surprise, despite there being a major line — there were more empty tables than sat tables. The host told us that their evening shift wait staff wasn’t in yet, and so they couldn’t seat everyone and that it was a 30 minute wait. WHO DOESNT SCHEDULE WAIT STAFF AT RUSH HOUR ON FRIDAY? Unbelievable. We snagged a first come first serve table at the bar and ordered there. After a ridiculously long wait, our food finally came out. Both mine and my fathers steaks were cold. Not luke warm, cold… like they had been sitting there for awhile. Just then our favorite waitress walked by and stopped to say hello. It was now about 7:30 and she was just coming on. She even commented on how if they would have just called her, she would have come in early. Neither my father nor I ate our steaks; and finally called it quits. I’d sooner drive down to Kissimmee to that Outback before I even go to the St Cloud one again.

The management team here really know how to look after their guests.
We had a little hiccup and rather than just shrug it off, they went above and beyond in making sure we were happy before we left.
There are so many places around here that just want to take your money and Couldn’t care less about your overall satisfaction. This isn’t one of them.

Worst outback steakhouse I’ve ever been to. They continually have bad service and the food is never cooked right. Drive a few more miles down 192 to Kissimmee and go to that outback instead.

Had to give this a one star not on the quality of food or service; but what we had experienced from the the booth behind us. A gentleman had choked on something and threw up all over the floor next to us. Our server apologized to us and asked the choker if he needed water. Other employees walking by just acted like it wasn’t happening not once did anyone ask him I’d he was ok or needed to call an ambulance. So he just sat there catching his breath while his family attended to him but not once did anyone tell him to go to the restroom. Finally his wife asked him to go to the restroom or outside and they left their young daughter alone at the table. It took a good 10 minutes for someone to come and clean it up all the while we had to sit there smelling his bile.

The food is good its just the service and waiting is bad. Plus they are a little bit expensive for what you are getting.

Sometimes the wait staff can be good or bad, but the food is always good. Always good take out too. Had a chicken Caesar salad and wasn’t very good. Not much dressing and the chic had an odd flavor

I have been here at this location several times and never been disappointed. I got the promotion for the gift card and some coupons and it makes the value great. So far I been serve well and servers are great. My steak is cook to what I prefer and it is always tender.

First time at this location, although not my first experience with Outback.
Location was clean, and although busy (6pm), it wasn’t overly loud. We opted for a high-​top in the bar. Our server Tanya was great, very attentive and personable. The new apple martini is a bit sweet– I loved it, my friend switched to a Merlot. The seared ahi tuna appetizer is one of my favorites from anywhere that serves it. If you like ahi this way, try it. We also had the artichoke flatbread, which was quite tasty.
Coming from the east, it was a little tricky to get into the parking lot, but go down Neptune and come back up 13^th st.

Although the prices were a bit to high, the food was amazing. Steak, shrimp, or just classic burgers. Coming in to eat here is something to look forward too. Also, you won’t regret one of their delicious desserts! Although, there are some cons. The only issues you will have is parking, due to them sharing a lot with Gators Dockside and Golds Gym, but also the wait on getting a table and your food. So be sure to come in early.

We ordered curbside to go and it was less than stellar compared to my other curbside experiences at other Outbacks. The other two I have frequented in the past and within the last couple of months have been at the Lake Nona and Las Vegas (LVB, South in front of Outlet Mall), both of which go above and beyond what is expected.
Our order consisted of Loaded Potato Soup, Blue Cheese and Pecan Wedge Salad, and Filet Focaccia Sandwich with Bread and Silverware.
1. Loaded Potato Soup — I was informed that it was very good and hot.
2. Blue Cheese and Pecan Wedge Salad — Not a wedge, but mixed greens (as shown in picture), very little blue cheese and pecans and browning lettuce. Somewhat edible, but most of it tossed in trash.
3. Filet Focaccia Sandwich with Fries — Cold, much colder than should have been when I got it home as we are very close to the restaurant. Flavor still good, but only came with a small ramekin of au jus, other places provide a large ramekin. Fries were VERY COLD AND SOGGY. I think they had been sitting around for a while.
Ordered bread and silverware, only got bread and with no butter. Really?
The server apologized for my wait, as they had to make more potato soup, which is fine, but did they have to let the rest of the food sit around and get cold and soggy? Seems that they prepared the order backwards (if you know out of soup, don’t prepare rest until can all go out at same time).
Very disappointed in my visit and food and believe I will think twice about going back, to either eat there or use curbside take away.

Great News! the old management is out and the new is in. Eric is the new concerned, caring and interested manager. Lisa was our waitress and what a delight!
I always gave lousy reviews to this restaurant as it was a disgrace to it’s name but no more! It serves steaks cooked to perfection, great sides and soups and wonderful seafood.
No longer do you have to travel to Orlando. This Outback is a WINNER!

The last time we went the steak was perfect but that didn’t make up for the last 5 times that it wasn’t. Too expensive to not have your steak cooked right. Plus the service was horrendous. If you want good service ask for Jennifer.

#Yelp100 As far as Outbacks go, this one is at the top of the list. I have had very bad experiences at other Outbacks but this one seems to go out of the way to make my party happy. Firstly, they took reservations for my group of 8 for an early Saturday dinner seating, we were promptly seated and the waitress took her time explaining everything including the happy hour drinks!
I’ll definitely go back, very well prepared food and prompt courteous service, what more do you want?

Typical Outback Steakhous. Good food but a little pricey. You can get a better steak for less money at Longhorn. Parking lot is usually full from people going to the gym in the same plaza.
