Great gym. Have been working out with personal trainer, Stone Gomez, with a goal of losing inches and toning up. His personality, concern, skill and patience have helped me see measurable results towards my fitness goals. I would highly recommend Stone as your trainer if you want results and a great workout.

I love that gym. I over from Orlando to St. Cloud and I have been going to gold gum at Doctor Philips. The staff is very nice and the trainers very caring about your needs and goal. The groups class are awesome and very motivating. But if you are looking for a personal trainer who will help you to reach your goal by pushing you, giving you motivation and good advices I suggest you Stone. I have been working out with him since 3 months and I have done great progress and he is always available if I have any questions.
I never been a gym person and never liked it, but now I’m enjoying going overthere, I made new friends and always feel welcome by the friendly staff.
I just wish they had a pool and it would be perfect.

I moved from Orlando to St. Cloud so I was spoiled from Orlando especially being a 24 hour gym. Overall, the staff is friendly, machines are clean, bathrooms are clean, large cardio area, cardio cinema and group classes which you really never have a problem getting into. Weekend hours aren’t great, they close at 7pm which is frustrating because they are open until 11pm on weekdays. They are very accommodating with membership packages which is nice, couples membership, family, etc. I agree with the other reviews on parking, it is always a problem during «peak» hours especially. I enjoy this gym and it would get a 5-​star from me if it was a 24 hour!

The gym is great and so are the employee’s, Everyone is helpful including other members. It truly is like a club. In 6 months I lost 30 lbs, was taken off high blood pressure medicine and no longer need to walk with a walker. I sleep sound now, breath better and have a happy attitude all the time. The equipment which there are many are always in perfect condition and very clean as the whole Gym is. My personal trainer is Brandon C. whom I recommend highly, His skill with me and support is just wonderful. You will love going there. I have met so many fine people there.

The gym is great and the equipment in good condition. They keep everything in working order. My biggest complaints would be how crowded it is at night and there is no where to park. Maybe Saint Cloud needs another gym option

Love that they open early and the staff are very helpful. The place is always clean never have I’ve seen it dirty before. The only thing that sucks at this gym is parking.

This Gym is Awesome! Every time I come in there is always machines open and don’t have to wait and if I do have to wait is not for long or there is another machine just like it. I wish there was a inside pool here and open 24 hrs but other than that this is a great place to work out.

This location is awesome. The staff is friendly, and fellow gym goers are very courteous as well. Gold’s uses great ventilation/​filtration systems, so you don’t feel like you’re in a sauna during your workout (equating to a much faster/​more intense workout). I’m truly going to miss working out at this Gold’s when I move back to Georgia.

I’ve been coming here for a few weeks and so far so good. The gym is big with just about anything you could need in a gym, minus the swimming pool. I prefer to go in the morning because it can be packed in the after work hours.
Staff is friendly and the trainers seem to be pretty good if you decide to go with one. I’m working with a trainer now and although it’s only been a few weeks, I think things are going well.
I think for what they offer, All types of classes, hydro massage machine, Sauna, daycare, etc, you definitely are getting your moneys worth.

I can say, I am a fan… I got everything I need in a gym. $ 40.00 a month includes, Zumba, aerobic classes, sauna, tanning, machines, and child care… Not bad…

I cannot tell you much about this Gym, because they will not talk to me on the phone. The receptionist will not answer questions about the cost of the gym and when she leaves my info for someone to call me, they never do. I have left 3 messages over the last year. I guess they don’t want my business. I just want to know how much it costs. I don’t want to go in and be put under pressure. If I can afford it, I would join, but I don’t want to be embarrassed if I can’t. These people are rude to not answer my questions on the phone. No prices on their web site either, must be a scam. Stay away from this place!

I just got a membership 2 weeks ago, and so far i have no complaints. Its a big gym, with alot to offer. One thing i really like about it is that they have a woman’s area, in the back, where just women can go. They have a cardio movie room, sauna’s in the bathrooms, alot of different classes you can go to, and plenty of equipment. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.
