It’s not getting five stars for a couple reasons, one being that there were two dead beta fish that they kept out for what had to of been days. The water was dark brown and you don’t even wanna know what the fish looked like That being said, the rest of the store was nice. It’s a little smaller then the other pet stores we’ve been to. We were there for about two hours browsing all the animals and products. We didn’t get asked once if we needed help or assistance with anything. We didn’t mind because if we had needed help we would have asked, but some people might get frustrated with that. We saw numerous customers wandering around trying to find someone to help them. A lot of their hamster and small rodent inventory was out of stock. The rest of the animals they had looked healthy and happy in their temporary homes They have a nice bakery up front where they sell numerous packaged treats. Not a bad place to have ten minutes out from the city !

They are very sweet here. They went out of their way to accommodate me with my return that the oak creek store refused because they don’t understand their own policy. She helped me with more products and understood exactly what I needed.
They are less pushy here. It’s cleaner and very friendly! I will shopping at this location from now on.

This is one of the nicer chain pet stores of this variety that I’ve been to! It’s new, and clean, and has a large selection of dog food brands.
They even have a Bulk treat bar for $ 4.49/lb. with human-​quality foods! Our dogs go NUTS for these cookies and treats and niblets. very friendly staff too!
