I’ve had my brows waxed many times. Kennie was a true artist. She reshaped my brows to a more natural look and corrected the previous mistakes. Take my word. If a salon tells you they wax that means they’ll just wax. You need an expert to reshape. After three sessions Kennie designed perfect brows. Worth the investment to attain perfect brows. Great personality too.

I love this store! I shop at many Ultas in Utah, and this is by far the best one! If you travel or live in the area I absolutely recommend coming into this store. It’s always clean and easy to shop and the staff is always great. It doesn’t matter when I come in I always get consistent service. Very friendly yet knowledgable staff.

Had my brows shaped here I would definitely not recommend it! I don’t remember the girls name but she was taller with red hair. My brows were lopsided and the actual customer service was awful. At the checkout I waited in line for 45 minutes. Horrible service.
