Lash & Brow Blowout Lounge

Very disappointed in the service here. Went to get my eyebrows done and the first time I was happy so I went back and loved it again! I thought great, I now have a place in St George. The third time I went they were horribly small and uneven. When I explained how I felt she was rude. I recommend going somewhere else

I wish I had read the reviews before I went to Lash & Brow. Like everyone else, I too left with uneven ugly eyebrows. How frustrating! The service left much to be desired too. I would NEVER return, and I would never suggest someone else to go.
Places like this should NOT exist.

I went to this place about 6 months ago just to give a Brazilian Blowout a try. It was great! I loved the beautician (very professional) and the style (really different from when I arrived). I went again and just took whatever girl was on duty and she butchered my hair and as for the blowout– she explained she was out of the product she usually uses but she would «make it work». She sprayed hairspray on my wet hair– then blew it dry. It was awful and I had to wash it as soon as I got home so I could style it myself to go out that evening.
Well– three times a charm, right? I just left there very dissatisfied to say the least. I purposely made an appt with the first girl and asked if she knew how to do foils? She laughed and said of course. She too was out of the product needed for a great blowout, but at least she didn’t substitute hairspray. The style is drab and boring. I just got home. I had hair color stains on my neck, ears, and forehead. All the way home, I kept smelling the color. There was a small gob of it in the hair behind my ear! Done and done.

Quite disappointed! Had my lashes done by brianna and they looked beautiful — but as another girl stated they fell out immediately. What a waste of 75 dollars! (And a nice tip) Almost all were gone within 4 days. Called to have them rectify the situation and they had me come in to get them redone. Charged me another twenty. plus tip. And my lashes have stayed on for about a week and a half but are spotty and crossed. Different girl used extra glue however they are messed up … gluing lashes together causing more than one to come out at a time. They blamed it on my pregnancy and didn’t really care. Have an appointment booked at wink in the morning!

I had my brows threaded and was very unhappy. When done I looked in the mirror and told her that they were very uneven, she gave me and explanation on how they were the same. She was rude and felt like she rushed me out. Would never go there again. I go all the way to Vegas now.

Had a great experience with this spot. Manager and staff were very friendly, the cost was very reasonable. The establishment was very clean. I live in so cal and just visiting my daughter for the weekend. They had us in and out with perfect eyebrows in just a few minutes.

I’ve been getting my brows threaded for years and came here on my way to Cali from salt lake. The lady who threaded my brows was rough and it wasn’t a good experience. I know how soft and easy the process is and I wasn’t impressed.
On my way back from Cali to salt lake I stopped to get lashes for my brothers wedding. I though Brianna did a great job. She’s very gentle and precise. I tipped her 20 bucks I was so impressed. However the next morning I woke up I had lashes everywhere. I would look in the mirror and blink a few times and they would fall off like crazy. I called the owner and told her what had happened and she said to come back in and have another girl do them on them which would be great if I lived there but I don’t. I would’ve loved my money back since I paid to have them completely re done 3 days after I had already paid for a full set. The place I went to to get them fixed said it could be the glue. Either not using enough or it being bad glue.
Very frustrating. I will not be returning.

I was new to this business and had a full set of lashes on Saturday ($ 70.00 plus tip), and by the time I got home that evening, I had several lashes falling out (6 – 8). By Tuesday I had at least 20 – 30 more lashes falling out! I called the manager/​owner on Tuesday and she set an appt. to fix my lashes on Wed. It toke another hour or longer to fix my lashes (i suspect bad glue) The manager charged me ANOTHER $ 25.00 to repair!!! I told her I will never be back! And she didn’t seem to even care– WOW!
What a way to run a business.

I came to get my eyebrows threaded by pam I think her name is, not a good experience @ all she totally ignored what I said about how I wanted my eyebrows & instead did her own hurried version. I ended up with a cut under my brow and very I mean very unsymmetrical eyebrows. I’ve been threading for 5 years now & I have to say this has been the worst threading experience, she says she’s been doing it for Sooo long & that shes from Vegas so she knows what shes doing but no, as far as threading goes do not come here.

Shay did a great job on my lashes. My lashes are long so she wanted to use 15 with a c curl to match my length… It’s pretty, but a little long. Next time I’ll have her do 14 with a d curl. She was very polite, thorough, but fast. Overall I love how nice and full my lashes are. The establishment is very clean and updated. Very nice!

Had my brows threaded and such a bad experience! Not only did she not listen to what I requested, but she was very cocky about everything. Saying she had been doing it for years and years and not delivering? Very very odd. I Ieft with uneven brows. Still on the hunt for an amazing brow gal!
