Every time I’ve been to Utah i seen the pizza factory but just recently i had a few friends take my wife and i there for lunch and i loved it. The service was great, the waitress was very friendly and even the owner bill was helping out around the restaurant. I also very much enjoyed the food, the bread sticks were amazing and my calzone was great. I would differently return and eat there again and recommend it to my friends.

I walked from the hotel on a Saturday. Thought the restaurant would be busier but was seated right away. Very nice servers and hostess. I ordered the pizza factory special. Red sauce, mushrooms, ham, green bell peppers, red onion. pepperoni, and sausage. The crust had good chew and flavor. The toppings were heavy and fresh tasting. I let it cool long enough or else everything would have slid off when I picked up the slices. The medium was large enough for 3. Id return for the service. The pizza was on the fair to good side.

Breadtwists. Just do it and don’t think about the 5lbs you are gaining while you inhale the doughy(I like em slightly undercooked!), buttery, Parmesany goodness. But seriously, don’t leave here without getting the Breadtwists. And the raspberry lemonade, too. Stars of the show, in my opinion, and not to miss! Pizzas are usually great, too! They have a good cheese to sauce ratio. Pastas are alright(you can get a ½ order!), soups are hit or miss. They have the largest salad bar around! And I love their poppyseed ranch dressing — so yummy. This location is large and I love the drive-thru option, but they aren’t the fastest. In fact a little on the slower side, so just be prepared for that. Also. Pebble ice!

Really just Ok. I see no reason to return Party of 6. Service was good. Ordered 2 orders of spaghetti with Alfredo sauce, one large pepperoni pizza and one calzone. What they all had in common was that they were all bland and were room temp. Even the pizza was barely warm, the calzone was just room temp. The spaghetti had a large serving of Alfredo sauce on it that was also barely warm. We are used to fresh pizza you need to wait to cool off — this barley had a temp. Service was attentive and friendly. I do have to say the bread sticks, both the regular ones and the cinnamon were very warm and very tasty. In fact the bread twits were the warmest of all the food delivered to our table. With some many choices, I see no reason to return.

We picked up a brochure which included a 10% discount from a local hotel we were staying at. After reviewing Unilocal & comparing it to another pizza place we decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did. It was probably the best veggie pizza I’ve ever had! We also ordered a cheese mini pizza & a pepperoni pizza. No one was disappointed. Oh & the garlic twist bread was really good too. The price was reasonable, about $ 40 for a party of 5, and the service was also good.

After a long hike at Zion we came to reward ourselves at the Pizza Factory. They don’t take reservations but we didn’t have much of a wait. Bathrooms are unisex and the pasta factory shares the building. They serve the breadsticks uniquely on sticks. The pizza wasn’t that impressive. The service was ok also drinks, sauces, and food could be a little better orchestrated. Overall it was good.

Let me start by saying I’m not from St. George or Utah for that matter so I’ve never heard of the Pizza Factory. I don’t consider myself a foodie either, but I know what is good food and what isn’t. I was really impressed with the Pizza Factory. The waitress that served us has been working there for 30 years. 30 years! That certainly says something about a business(especially a restaurant) that has servers there for that long. The pizza was great. I got the deep dish lunch special and I was really pleased. The salad bar was really fresh, and overall the experience was really good. But what really impressed me were the breadsticks and the raspberry lemonade. Both were amazing, and I am somewhat of a lemonade snob, and this was hands down the best(non-frozen) lemonade I have ever had. I wish there was one of these restaurants closer to where I live, I would be there all the time.

Started with the salad bar. It was very good. Lots of items and toppings. Then we were served the twisted garlic knots. They are huge and delicious. Buttery, garlicky, and soft. Then we were given our pizza which was also very good. Our server was very kind and attentive. Nice restaurant inside and fast seating. Definitely a great place to eat out in St. George!

There are other Pizza Factories throughout Utah. This location is by far the best. The breadsticks are amazing, the salad bar has been fresh every time I’ve been here over the past decade. Their deep dish pizzas are great. My only complaint is that the interior is dated.

Hey, I’d say I’m a typical American. I like a good pizza just like anyone else! One of the things that I absolutely love about this restaurant is the pricing! It’s super economical, and still very good quality pizza. Now, if you’re expecting gourmet style, one-of-a-kind, mind-blowing pizza… this isn’t the place and that’s not their specialty. Don’t take that the wrong way… the pizza here is absolutely fantastic. And for such cheap prices… i’d take this any day over any pizza place that even comes close to the pricing module.

Down-town Pizza Factory is THE place to dine! We traveled all the way from Wyoming to eat here. It was a holiday– MLK day so it was packed. We alway enjoy the 11 – 3 lunch daily special. We each get the Factory pizza, salad bar and drink for $ 10. This is our favorite and it was fast and fresh. Try a bread stick on a large stick! yummy too :) Salad bar was a one trip, large or small bowl, but many fresh variety of items to choose from. All you can drink refills too. Upstairs is a little t-shirt shop and downstairs is the Pasta Factory restaurant. There is another Pizza Factory a few miles away, but for some reason it’s not a quaint and the food isn’t as good?! Maybe it’s the nostalgia factor! :)

This place had excellent costumer service, a clean and full salad bar that was personally my favorite thing, my boyfriend ordered the pretzel pizza stick and I snagged a piece and it was incredible! So fresh! And then there is the pizza… I personally wasn’t a fan. I thought the base sauce, I think marinara sauce, was to zingy and clumpy, not enough cheese. Kinda funky. I don’t consider myself very picky but I didn’t like to the pizza. We ordered a sauasage, pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The toppings were also amazing and good quality products. I’d go back for the salad though!(:

We always stop at the Pizza Factory for lunch when we are in town. Salad bar and garlic bread with cheese or breadsticks are a favorite. We also like their sandwiches, calzone and pizza. Their franchise locations serve both the pizza and pasta menus in one location however at the original PF you have to order from the separate restaurant, which is such a hassle when some want pasta.

Easily my favorite restaurant in St. George if I’m craving fresh salad and bread sticks! The cheese bread too is just fantastic! Wife and kids aways get pizza — either pepperoni or chicken pesto — both are consistently great. But again, the salad bar and cheese bread /bread sticks are what keeps me coming back! Oh, and the dressings at the salad bar are excellent too. Love the blue cheese and Italian dressings! Prices, service and family atmoshere make the Pizza Factory a family and personal favorite!

Food was good but the service is really disorganized. It’s like a gamble whether you’re going to get your full order and don’t even think about trying to order additional food after you’ve already sat down. You get one chance and you are pressured to order right when you walk in.

I really enjoy going to Pizza Factory. The bread sticks and garlic bread with cheese are great. The salad bar is extremely fresh. The atmosphere is very casual. BUT, I must say there is better pizza in town. I prefer Pier 49 or Riggattis. The pizza at the Pizza Factory tastes good the next day though! So if you want to buy lunch for Sunday, buy pizza saturday night, set it out on the counter overnight, and eat it room temperature on Sunday. No kidding, it is really good this way. Also, the make very good cookies that they sell for a fair price. Most importantly, they serve Coke. So give them a try.

The parmesan garlic twists are excellent! The pizza and everything else is just ok. It’s hard for me to justify eating here when considering the price. This place used to be the king of pizza in st george, but theres many other pizza places i’d eat before i chose to come here again. This is just mediocre food at best for way too high prices. It tries to ride on its clout and status to justify the price, but it’s just really not that good!

Ahh pizza. Confusing set-up. Really 2 restaurants in one(Pizza Factory and Pasta Factory). We circled the building twice before we figured out where to enter. That was ok, because it was an enjoyable walk in the historic section of town. The staff was friendly. Service was good. Food was over priced. For a large pizza(14″) we paid $ 23. It was good. Not great. If you go, try the Parmesan garlic twists. Delish.

I’ll start by saying St. George has turned into an interesting town. Interesting architecture, interesting local planning, interesting art scene. I was delighted to walk around and into Ancestor Square to join co-workers for lunch here. Nicely done Ancestor Square developers. We all had some form of the lunch special. They all come with a salad and beverage. What’s interesting is diners are given a list of pastas and sauces. One mixes them up any way they choose. I had the veggie pasta and pesto sauce. I was surprised to see no-carbo veggie pasta and had to try it. It was fine. Others of us had fettuchine alfredo, spagetti with meat sauce, etc. Another different item was raspberry ice tea with floaters. It was a choice, regular raspberry tea or floater raspberry tea. The floater tea at an adjacent table looked like a slushy to me. St. George, summer and slushies match up really well. It was my first time here, and I’d be delighted to return. Good company, good food, and the edge of the St. George art scene. Fun.
