The Sweet Tooth Fairy

Toasted. Coconut. Cupcake. Oh my gosh!!!
Honestly I have had A LOT of coconut cupcakes in my life; it’s my favorite and I try them at every bakery I go to. And this one was the best that I have ever had. Ever! The cake was so moist and so delicious and actually coconut flavored! Most places just do coconut frosting on a vanilla cupcake, but the coconut flavor of the actual cake was amazing! Paired with perfect frosting and toasted shredded coconut. My only regret is that I took it to go and didn’t eat it until I got to my hotel and couldn’t have another.
We also had a couple of the cake bites and they were very moist as well, didn’t crumble like cake bites/​pops at other places, and very good.
Shop is super cute, a little hard to find — in the middle of a square shopping center.
Will be a regular stop for me every time I am visiting or driving through st. George.

First stumbled upon this little gem after having Mother’s Day dinner and showing out of town visitors and my parents Ancestors Square. To our delight each mom received a complementary cupcake! How thoughtful! I have an enormous sweet tooth, but these are a perfect portion to satisfy my dessert need. By now I’ve tried all flavors and would be hard pressed to decide on a flavor. Perfect way to end a meal when walking around the Square or downtown.
