When in doubt, I call Celeste! I often pop into the St. Helena Showroom, she is always there willing to help and ready to create something beautiful. She is my go to and would highly recommend Celeste and Encore Events Team for any rental and design needs!

Well where do I start! Having used Encore for over a year — I do have to say that they are one of the top rental companies in the Bay Area to work with. As a wedding/event planner myself — I choose to go with them not only because of their new & amazing inventory but because of their customer service. Kassie is the best Event Consultant I have ever worked with — she is attentive and quick to respond and truly will bend over backwards for her clients. She rocks! Encore Events is a great rental company and highly recommended! I’m an event coordinator for several wineries in Napa and Sonoma counties. I always work with Celeste, who is a dream to work with: her experience(ask about some of her clientele!), creative and innovative ideas, fun and energetic attitude, flexibility in making time to help comb through needs, and so much more, the list goes on! My events wouldn’t be as complete or as amazing without the help of Celeste and Encore’s items. Encore is priced right along with the other rental companies in the area and have a bit more to offer and their rentals tend to be in better shape than other rental co.‘s. Even if you aren’t an event coordinator and just putting together your own party or the bride herself, the team will help you from beginning to end and not make you feel overwhelmed or unwanted! Encore St. Helena has«small family business» feel but with high end professionalism, experience, and business transactions as well as very fair pricing. I recommend!

I love Encore! I am a local wedding planner, and Encore has the best inventory and staff, and all of is it is less expensive than the competitors. I had the pleasure of visiting the St. Helena showroom with one of my brides and Celeste was just so wonderful! She has great design ideas and kept my client’s budget in mind, as to not suggest things she couldn’t afford. The outcome was amazing and my bride couldn’t be happier! I also have to say that their delivery staff and office staff are amazing too. They are so friendly, efficient and make the whole experience from start to finish easy. I have worked with all of the local rental companies many, many times and Encore is by far the best! Adding another showroom in St. Helena has been great for my Napa brides. It is a small space but has absolutely everything you need for a design meeting. I highly recommend making an appointment to visit Celeste there to help you with your rental needs!

Working with Encore Events Rentals was a great experience for me. They have great inventory, prices and staff. I was lucky enough to work with Celeste in their St. Helena showroom. She is a true professional with over 35 years experience in the events business, and has great energy. She gave me so many design ideas and suggestions, much like a designer would! Trying to plan my wedding myself, I really appreciated her advice, especially because she used to be a high end wedding planner and has seen it all, and also knows where to spend money for the best impact. By the end of our first meeting, I felt like I had made a new friend and highly recommend Celeste to anyone interested in event rentals. She is a class act and you couldn’t be in better hands!
