I love this salon! I’ve been regularly visiting for a few years. I always go to Haley because she’s younger and is really great at keeping up with current trends (although everyone there is fantastic!). For my wedding I booked through JoAnna who was wonderful! Super helpful and set me up with Haley for my hair (gorgeous!) and Rachele (who was unbelievably sweet! So considerate, kind, and professional) to do my make up. I wouldn’t have felt as beautiful as I did without them! I would definitely recommend this salon!

Hubby and I each got 90 min massages. Let me rave about Nicole. I had a hot stone w her. I have had massages in Chicago, California, Florida, and Missouri before. I literally told the owner that I’ve never really had a real massage until I had one with Nicole. I even said I would drive the 90+ miles from Chicago each way just to get a massage w Nicole. She is THAT good. Her technique shows great skill.

I’ve been going here since it opened because I followed my hair stylist here. It is a fantastic place with wonderful people with awesome customer service! Very clean and modern. I go to Reagan every time I’m in town since I’ve recently moved. They do a lot of things here from massage, to hair cut and color, to nails, to waxing even. I’d recommend this place to anyone!!!

I used Reva’s for my wedding and they were awesome. They did all the makeup and everyone looked beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process from the makeup trial to the big day. The girls came to the house and did an amazing job! I highly recommend them for your wedding.

I got married few days ago in St Joseph MI.
I don’t live there and did not have time to do trial at different hair salons. I solely relied on the ONE good review I found online for Reva Salon and Spa. Other hair salons did not have any reviews and one other Salon had a single bad review; so I used a little logic and called Reva Salon. They were wonderful. Joanna is really friendly and easy to work with. I had 3 bridesmaids and my mom so for the 5 of us Joanna came with Jenna. They came to us and were on time, had everything needed, were super nice, professional and caring. We all loved our up-do’s.
Overall I am super happy with their service and totally recommend them.

I got married in Michigan in June. I was skeptical to use Reva because I couldn’t find any reviews on hair that they had done for weddings, but then again I couldn’t find reviews for ANYONE in the St. Joe’s area for wedding day services. After a trial with Joanna I decided to use Reva for their on-​site day of hair/​makeup services. They sent four women to our lake house the morning of the wedding and everything was great. They were on time and brought the salon to us. Joanna is just fantastic and easy to work with. She really listens to what you want and makes it happen. They also sent Beth and Haley who I would also recommend. Everyone who got their hair done by Haley absolutely loved it! Stephanie was sent also but I would be hesitant to recommend her. She made multiple rude comments and even made a few people whose makeup she was doing very uncomfortable. For example, we were told to come hair unwashed and no makeup on, after all we were paying to get our makeup done. Well Stephanie was just appalled that some of the girls didn’t have their own primer or foundation with them. Hello, we were paying you to do the makeup I didn’t realize I had to tell my bridal party to bring their own!
Overall, I’d recommend Reva for on-​site day of wedding services.

I was a bit apprehensive to get my hair done at Reva in my small hometown of St. Joseph (yes, I got my hair done here growing up, but I’ve long ago moved to the «big city»). I’d heard good things about Reva from friends and family members, so I decided to give them a call and scheduled an appointment for a haircut with Melanie while I was home for Christmas.
The salon is hidden in the back of the Sandman barbershop (and I also wasn’t so sure about due to the location). Upon my arrival, I initially tried to go into a blocked off side door and quickly found my way to the main entrance. To say that I was surprised at what greeted me would be an understatement. If I didn’t know better, I would have thought I had entered an upscale «big city» salon.
I was instantly welcomed by the girl at the front desk, and she went to grab Melanie, while I browsed the large selection of Pureology, Redken, Sebastian, and OPI products they had for sale. Melanie came to get me with a huge smile on her face. We went back to her station where she examined my hair and asked me what I liked/​disliked about my current cut. She gave me suggestions, and we talked through options, deciding on what sounded best to both of us. She shampooed my hair as I relaxed with my feet up, and then she proceeded to cut my hair, pleasantly chatting and giving me a «play by play» as she cut. I have super curly hair so she only partially dried it with the diffuser (to avoid frizz. Not ideal with the winter weather, but better than the option of being a frizzball. I didn’t have time to sit under the dryer, either, which would have been the ideal option). Melanie walked me to the front desk, where I promptly checked out. And I was thrilled with how affordable the cut was!
This was a pleasant salon experience, and a month later I’m still happy with the cut. And the best part: Melanie did not pressure me to buy any product AT ALL! She did inquire as to what I currently use on my hair and gave me a couple of tips as to how to use it, but she didn’t try to sway me into switching products. Unheard of for a stylist and much appreciated!
