Terribly over priced and slow and no attention to detail. Vinyl tub and surround took 10 hours to install (just install, already had the old removed and everything set for the new). They installed the valve so when you turned it to cold, it was hot and when you turned it to hot, it was cold. The installer either never checked it when he finished or he didn’t give a damn. $ 1k to do what should’ve been a 4 or 5 hour job. Got completely screwed. WHY do most handyman services and contractors have to be so seedy/​dishonest/​unwilling to own up to mistakes when you’re paying them handsomely? Called them about the valve problem and they said «it’s not our problem» but they would be happy to schedule a new job and have someone come out and fix it for an additional charge. The guy used so much mud to fill in the gaps between the old sheet rock and the new surround it took a week for the mud to dry.

Quick, easy, honest. The company sent someone to fix our faucet. They were efficient and cost less than the initial estimate. We are happy with their service and work.

I submitted a request on their website and didn’t get a response in several days, so I called and they asked me to send some pictures of the work that needed to be done. I never heard back.
