Get over to Brooks Brothers to enjoy their Father’s Day sale. I got 40% off 4 shirts and 50% off a new suit. While all of their associates are professional and knowledgeable, I will always shop with Danny Brown. Treated me like a king, was very sweet to my daughter, and knew to involve my wife in the decision making! Look forward to making BB (and Danny) my sole suit provider for the future.

I flew into St Louis and my baggage was left behind. Needing more clothes for the next day of meetings with a client, I went into Brooks Brothers. Tyler Mackie provided exceptional service and had me fully prepared for the next day. He found me an outfit, had the pants altered, and everything steamed within 20 minutes. This was while he was also assisting a regular client of his. Safe to say if I am ever in St Louis again, I’ll return to this store.

The level of customer service here is just incredible. I’ve been in many times and always had the most pleasant shopping experience. A few examples:
When I started my current job, I needed to expand my business casual wardrobe. I spent almost two hours in Brooks Brothers looking and trying on pants, tops, dresses, skirts, everything. Nicole was extremely helpful, grabbing different sizes for me and making recommendations on what she thought would work for me. She was ultra friendly without being a pushy salesperson.
Another time, I was on the search for the perfect polo for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. Another sales associate (older gentleman with glasses) helped me pick out something that the bf ultimately loved.
Even when I am in just browsing, everyone is pleasant, friendly, etc. I feel like I am the definition of a happy customer.
PS this store has a MUCH LARGER women’s selection than the West County location. Juuuust sayin!

Great customer service! And great quality! My husband was very pleased with his sales representative, Danny.
I bought my husband a custom suit here and they did a fantastic job! He is very pleased and the price was reasonable.
Watch for sales and once you get to know one of the sales representatives they will also keep you informed of sales.

This is now my favorite retail location in St. Louis (and this is coming from someone who does not particularly enjoy dress clothes). It’s a pretty standard Brooks Brothers, so I don’t think I really need to go into detail about the merchandise… although, I will say this location is well stocked, maintained, etc.
However, what sets this location apart is the service. It was AWESOME! I’ve been in twice during the past month, and both times, I was thrilled. Cathy and Terry both assisted my in the process of selecting appropriate business-​wear, answering questions, offering very helpful advice and patiently making sure I got exactly what I needed, including constructive criticism. Additionally, everyone was genuinely friendly, telling stories, conversing with my girlfriend and even offering restaurant advice after learning we were relatively new to St. Louis. Terry even perceptively realized I needed my suit sooner than expected (which I forgot to mention until he brought it up).
When we left, I looked at my girlfriend and said, «I’m not shopping for dress clothes anywhere else.» Her response, «That might be the best customer service I have ever seen, period.» Agreed!
