The food was decent other than some soggy bacon, but the service, if you can call it that, was atrocious. The waitress was nice enough but went for a smoke break as soon as our food was delivered so we didn’t get a chance to ask for anything(I just wanted some hot sauce). When my boyfriend got her attention to ask about the bacon, both of our glasses were empty. She didn’t refill them, but instead brought us the check. We both had more than half of our meals left and she disappeared and never came back. We got the attention of the host/hostess, who had been helping other tables, and asked for a refill. She walked slower than should be allowed and stared me down the whole way to the table as if she couldn’t believe our audacity in asking for refills. She took her time getting them too and did not say anything when we thanked her. My boyfriend asked for a box and she disappeared into the back so after about 5 minutes we just left. When we went to pay, the manager asked how everything was. When we said, «could have been better», he said nothing and gave us our change. The worst part about this, is that my boyfriend is a server and I’m a bartender which basically means that the service has to be AWFUL for us not to leave a tip… Definitely won’t be back.

My coworker ate here and she had a hair on her plate… mine did not and she walked out… it was awful… i had to leave immediately after I paid my bill… i lost my apetite.

The only reason I even bothered putting two stars is because our waitress was great. Now without her this would barely be a one star review. This place is awful, I know my expectations should be low but my goodness it was awful. I literally ordered a side caesar, a side of sausage, and hash browns. Everything was terrible. The salad was drowned in dressing, I needed more lettuce with my dressing soup. The sausage was visually unappealing, took a bite and immediately regretted not trusting my initial instincts, gross! And the hash browns may have still been frozen being that they were cold to the touch. The booth we were in looked as though some one slit the cushions open with a switch blade so having sharp vinyl scrape your legs while you feel the dirty padding on your skin is not an ideal dining experience. I felt like I was on fear factor, I was counting the minutes until we got our check and I could go home and wash myself of this place. Dirty and gross. End of rant.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. This place is disgusting! Probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I have been in. Server was awful, rude, dirty, and just a nasty creature. She didn’t like that we were white. Brought drinks out carrying them with her finger in the cup. When I asked for a drink that her finger was not in she said«what yo problem. Why you keep axing me fo all this special shit.» I blew up and asked for the manager and she advised me «she don’t wanna talk to no rude ass white people. «WTF!

There’s a big sign in the parking lot that says, Lock your car and take your valuables. However, my family went into this restaurant on Thursday and when they came back out his van was stolen. The waitresses stated, that’s why they park in the handicap spots so they can«watch» their cars, while they work… So beware… They are stealing cars here.

As soon as I walked in, I saw 2 booths available. I asked the hostess if we can sit in the booth. Her: «oh it isn’t clean»(with the WORST attitude) Me: «well can you clean it?» Her: «it is not my job it is the buss boy’s job» I was speechless that someone can have such an attitude. She stayed in the same spot pretending to look for a buss boy. Then she left. She mumbled something about us being white as she left to get a rag to clean it herself after 10 minutes of waiting. Then she came back and continued to keep saying how us white people need to stop under her breath. She put down the menu and said you white folks have a good breakfast. As she walked away she bumped into me basically showing me she is mad. When I got my breakfast, my omelet was not cooked, the meat inside was NOT cooked, and my toast was burned. My husbands food was WAYTOBURNED to be eaten. I absolutely DONOT recommend this at all. They have no respect for customers, especially us so called«white folks»

I went on on a Sunday morning about 7:30. The front doors to the restaurant had a week’s supply of prints and grime. Inside, the floor was littered. I sat down for a minute, but was too distracted with the overall dank feeling of the place. I got up and told the waitress that I was leaving because the place was«filthy». She was rather surprised(I don’t want to know what her home looks like)! I have been to many Denny’s in the U.S. and Canada. This one was the worst.

We keep coming here stupidly, forgetting how bad it was the time before. The wait staff is super annoying and the food is really sad. Something about their food is so artificial and plastic. The waiters are always talking to us too much about inappropriate stuff, asking me where I work or getting into my conversations. I think we have finally figured out that coming here is a bad idea. Especially when uncle bills and courtesy are right down the road.booo.

Stay away from this location. Poorly managed, understaffed and bound to cause you nothing but heartache. The employee tasked with seating tables was also the one handling togo orders, and ringing out customers who were leaving. She apparently was the only person in the entire building who could accomplish any of these tasks. When the rush of people leaving church and getting breakfast on a sunday morning hit, it was bad. People stood for 40+ min waiting to pay so they could leave, and others sat for over 90 minutes waiting to be seated. The young lady did the best she could but it was very obvious they were very short-staffed, no manager in sight, and the wait staff was concentrating on their tables. Although more than a third of the tables were empty due to the very large amount of people both waiting to pay and to be sat. When we finally did get seated, our waitress finally came over 10 minutes later to take our order. A credit to the kitchen staff, the food came out fast and correct. The waitress checked on us once, maybe twice then disappeared. Took another 20 min to find her so we could get our check because the manager had her in the office. Then another 30 to stand in line, waiting to checkout because they were swamped again. I think by this point a manager finally showed up in the front of the house so he could lend a hand. When I decided on breakfast this day, I chose poorly.

Free WI-FI and Special Menu for those who are 55+. Worst service I have ever experienced, or should I say NOSERVICE. We arrived shortly after 10AM. The only words we heard from the hostess was, «Follow me». She walked us to our table, tossed the menu down and told us our server would be with us shortly. 15 minutes later, no one has approached our table. We couldn’t even get the attention of those walking past us. We had enough, we got up and walked out. This Denny’s has been removed from my Breakfast list and added to my No-No list. Free WI-FI is a nice offering, but it doesn’t get them any more stars.

This place is just… functional. Breakfast items are adequate and service is okay albeit always friendly. They feature the worst bacon I’ve ever eaten; thin and cheap. The bathrooms are, well, featuring working pluming and lots of junk on the floors. I don’t think they do windows either. Again, I have to say their strength is friendly service and adequate food(but just adequate food).

for several years a long time ago, this was THE Denny’s to go to after the bars closed, we stopped going to this location for several years because of the service received, and chose to go to further out locations in lieu of visiting a crappy one. recently we started returning to this location and I have found it to be rather pleasant again. The food has been consistently good, however the service still can be a toss up, between good and you need a new job. I due tend to stay away from this place on the weekends mainly because the wait can get horrendous and very annoying, however during the week you will find fast service and yes even a smile or two…

They get a star because zero stars isn’t possible. Awful service. Wait was pretty average-20 minutes. But we were sat and then left in the corner for forever. Other people were sat after us and received their drinks and had placed food orders before we even had a waiter. The food took forever and again, three tables that were sat after us got their food way before us. The cashier/host was either having a rough day or was trained very poorly on the register. It took her absolutely forever to ring out people. Denny’s has decent food and can be a fine experience but STAYAWAY from this location!

Hardly ever eat here, but was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant!(Once I got past the stale cigarette smoke from years gone by:(guess its hard to get that out of carpet! Server was helpful and friendly! Food was cooked to order, and piping hit. My English muffin was a little under-done, but I didn’t need the bread anyway! Will probably be back.

Chain diners, gotta love them. I’m definitely no stranger. The food is pretty typical and there isn’t a big deviation from what you would expect, so I would give it a 3 but I’m taking off a star because this place is ALWAYS packed and the service is a toss up. Expect to wait no less than 45 minutes for a table on the weekend.
