Great coffee and easy to work with. Picked up a few gallons for a group meeting and everyone commented on how good the coffee was. For the same price as the chain doughnut places Blue Heron has superior quality.

The barista told us she didn’t «believe in» steamed coffee drinks she«couldn’t pronounce» … Thought St M was a tad more sophisticated than that!

It’s what a coffee shop should be. Excellent hot coffee and even better cold brew.(The one I had featured chocolate malt from the brewery across the street.) The owner, Joy, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I didn’t get to try the pastries, but they looked fantastic. It will be my go-to coffee place whenever I’m in St. Michael’s.

Delicious fresh roasted coffee in a quaint beautiful town. Great customer service with a smile. This country needs more small shops like Blue Heron Coffee.

What a delightful gem. Joy one of the owners was personable and warm. She took the time to explain the different coffees and how they roast the beans. Small intimate place. Wish we had a place like it closer to home. Coffee fantastic! Brought some to brew at home.

I came here while in town for a day. I got a drip cup of their Sumatran and it was delicious. I would love to go back and get a french press of it. very tasteful and smooth roast. I talked with one of the owners and mentioned I am also a roaster, had a great conversation and she even let me smell one of their new batch of beans that they hadn’t opened to the public yet. If you are a coffee snob like me, you will enjoy their coffee and i highly recommend visiting.

Regular St Michaels visitor. Decided to stop in and try their coffee — purchased a cup and asked for two cups of water for my small children. I overheard one of the owners in the back room say«why doesn’t he just buy a bottle of water.» Well — won’t be coming back here. Will not tolerate rudeness. Coffee is ok.

Phenomenal coffee and ice tea. A must visit! The coffee comes from local farmers around the world. The ice tea is a blend of green and chai… insanely delicious!

Came to St. Michaels with my boyfriend for a weekend getaway. Found this little gem of a place on happenstance. The owners were super friendly and nice people, they welcomed us in and described all their different coffee selections, offering us tastings if we should want. I got the Maui blend and I loved it. Exactly as it was described! Definitely stop by this place for a quick cup if you are in the area!

Joy and Randy have opened an amazing small batch coffee roastery right in town! The coffee selection is amazing, great cozy ambience, and a new fave of locals. Try the scones made with local butter, or local chocolates. Great place!!! Good luck! Tom n Jill.
