Crowder Bros Hardware True Value

So good to have a hardware store back on the beach. I only need a few small things. The idea of driving all the way over to 22^nd Ave North & 275, in St. Petersburg, for a couple of small, but specific, items was not a good one. But then I remembered someone saying «the old hardware store is open again.»
Well I went by, and what I found was a very clean, very well equipped, store filled with helpful people. In fact it was the people that made this visit extra special. My last few visits to the other «big box» hardware stores was less than thrilling. First, it’s hard to find help. And sometimes, not always, when you do find someone, they don’t have the expertise to help.
That was not the case at Crowder Bros. I was greeted quickly, taken right to the section I needed, and helped with a few questions. Fantastic. In in out in less time than it would have taken me to get over to 275.
Bottom Line: Great customer service.
