Their app stated the pharmacy opened at 8, when it actually didn’t open until 9. Strike one. The lady behind the counter helped two people picking up prescriptions and one person on the telephone prior to letting me drop off the prescription order, even though I had gotten there first. Strike two. Then she informed me they didn’t have the particular medication I needed in stock. Her exact words were, «Yeah, I can’t help you. You should probably try Walgreens down the street». Referring me to the competition? I’d be glad to head over there lady. Strike three. It’s one thing to be out of stock, but it’s another to be rude. The woman behind the counter could use a lesson in customer service and compassion. Thanks for wasting an hour and a half of my day, and still no medication! Don’t worry, my fiancé who was hit by a car on his bicycle didn’t need that pain medicine anyway.

Best customer service. I’ve been to many CVS stores and due to bad experiences I was never fond of this company until while on vacation I visited this store. Everyone was helpful my cashier even updated my rewards card with my current phone number thanks
