The only thing worse than the service is the food! Dried out ribs, frozen onion rings that looked like they were recycled from someone else’s meal, soggy corn on the cob. Tough steak that was definitely frozen at some point, soggy flavorless broccoli. Overall, completely disgusting food and overpriced to boot. The only reason we even chose to go there was because we had a gift card. If you eat here and think the food is good, you need to get out more.

Shout out to Hillary, our Saturday night’s server!!! She was fantastic. I liked how patient and sweet she was with my family who were visiting from out of country. Their English isn’t the best, but she really tried to understand them and help them out with their orders. I called ahead and asked to be seated outside. We had a party of 6. When we got there a small table was set for us. A nearby table was available, but we didn’t want to bother anyone and our hostess didn’t say anything to us. By the time Hillary got to us the table was taken. She really had to hustle to clean our table as it quickly stacked up with dishes.

I very rarely go to chain restaurants and this was such a surprisingly good experience that I felt obligated to review. I have lived in the area for years and never even noticed that there was anything back behind Tyrone. We needed lunch, in a hurry, and did the lunch 2/$ 35 with cocktails deal. Service was great, her name was Jacquie. Very attentive. Like most chains, they salt the living hell out if everything but the food was shockingly good. Margaritas were no joke either. Well played, Chili’s.

Just went there. Got seated quickly. Took our order quickly. But then everything slowed down. Waited 40 minutes for food when restaurant was not even busy. We finally got served except for one of us. We pretty much finished our food when he was finally served his old timer hamburger with fries. We called the manager over and he didn’t seem to care much but offered to give us half off. We got the bill. But we wanted it split. The waiter took it back and split the bill. But he took the hamburger off and charged us the full price for the rest. Got the manager back to let him know we left cash with half of each of the bills. Never really got a sincere apology from anyone. Never have had this kind of experience at any restaurant.

Not only was the service extremely slow for the limited crowd dining(with customers never being waited on and leaving) at the bar area, but the management also allows little(noisy)kids to sit at the bar itself. Very unprofessional and will not return to this particular location again

Chilli’s is one of our favorites casual restaurants. We generally like most things here but our two favorites are Southwestern Egg rolls and Chicken Southwest Enchilada soup.

Slower than Denny’s. Yes a lot slower. Did I mention how slow this place is?

Stay away. Wife’s cheeseburger 3 trips to kitchen still couldn’t get it right. Two other had to send there’s back. Service was horrible

My wife and I used to go in very often. Tonight we decided to give this place one more try and were extremely let down. Upon arrival we were sat down quickly and told that our server would be right over by the hostess. 5 to 10 minutes went by as we waited and the server finally made his way over to out table to take our orders. After working in restaurants myself for many years, not writing down the customers order brothers me something fierce. The server did not write our orders down and tried to remember all of our orders. About 10 minutes layer we started to become very irritated because we hadn’t even received our drinks yet and our server was no where to be found. I ended up spotting our server outside on the patio cleaning a table. Another server went over to him and was speaking with him pointing at our table through the window as I was watching. Our server left the dirty table he was cleaning and was gone into the kitchen a few minutes later, he arrived at our table with our drinks and soups. I ordered the chilli which was extremely cold and had thickened to the point that it wouldn’t even fall off of my spoon while being held sideways, my wife ordered the loaded baked potato soup and had asked for there to be no bacon on top, well it came out with bacon on top and was so cold it made me gag attempting to swallow it. He also brought out bowls instead of the cups we ordered and said to us and I quote«the kitchen couldn’t get you cups out fast enough so y’all are getting bowls instead.» He returned to the table after seeing the soups sitting on the edge of the table and asked if everything was OK, we informed him that they were ice cold and he grabbed them off of the table and disappeared into the kitchen once again. Five to seven minutes later he returns with two new bowls of soup for each of us. Once again my wives came out with bacon on it, except for this time they were microwaved to the point that my super congealed chilli was now a watery substance. We couldn’t eat these either without burning our mouths so they too were set aside at our table. Another server brought out our entrees to us, my wife ordering the steak fajitas and the Cajun pasta for myself. My wife’s steak was so over done that it was difficult to cut it because it was so rubbery. My pasta tasted well but was again cold. At this point we had had enough and we hadn’t seen our waiter for at least twenty minutes so we just paid our bill and left. This was literally the worst dining experience I have EVER had and I will never return to this chilis again.

Today was my fifth visit to this Chili’s Grill & Bar in the last year. I have YET to have a good quality experience here. Today was typically abysmal. My wife an I went there following extensive shopping at Tyrone Mall — very near to this location. When we entered we were immediately greeting by the hostess who informed us that there would be a 10 — 15 minute wait. This was in spite of over half the restaurant being empty. There were eight empty tables on the side with customers, ALL empty tables and booths on the other side, and the ENTIRE patio was free of customers. I was informed that they did not have wait staff to cover those areas. Why would that be true at lunch time when there are many customers to be served. WHEREISTHEMANAGEMENTOFTHISESTABLISHMENT? I witnessed no less that 20 customers leave after arriving because they did not want to wait. Nevertheless, we were seated in about 10 minutes. It then took an excessive amount of time to get a wait person. When we did he(Kyle) stated that he might as well take our table since it appeared no one else was going to do so. I felt sorry for the staff present because it appeared that they were significantly challenged to cover the tables with customers. We ordered our drinks which were received incorrectly — I asked for just water and received ice tea. That was quickly resolved. My wife ordered the lunch quesadillas and I had the lunch chicken tacos. The tacos received were extremely watery but the first one tasted okay. However, upon picking up the second, I discovered a long(approximately 12-inches) black hair straddling the taco. I must point out that both my wife and I are gray-headed. I chose not to eat that one. I then scanned my credit card to make payment and to acquire my REWARD points. All was well with that EXCEPT the kiosk machine was out of paper and I called the hostess over who was passing past our table. She then had to go get Kyle to provide me with my receipt. Kyle picked up our incompletely eaten meal but never asked if everything was satisfactory or not. He did not even question why my second taco was not touched. I LOVECHILI’S GRILL&BAR! Just NOT this one.

I was skeptical because of the bad reviews, but since it’s close by and the kids really wanted to play at their pay terminals on the table, came here. It was perfect, about like TGI Fridays. We were greeted very friendly at 6:30 dinner time even though only two little kids and I. Our server Michelle was so very nice, helpful and patient. Great for a stressed mom. Both kids each got a play(actually pay) station. They loved the games and I could relax and eat my food(baby back ribs, appetizers, chips n guac, margaritas 2for1) in peace while feeding them… even for broccoli they opened their mouths.

I have been eating at this Chilis for over 10yrs and I don’t know what has happened in the past few months but it bad! The service has gone downhill just as fast as the food! Dry sub par burgers and rancid oil tasting fries seem to be the standard now. The only good thing is that you can now self pay the check at your table. So you don’t have to wait an hour to get it. I hope this Chilis can get it together soon. There’s just too many options in the area to be this bad and last…

I mean come on now… as far as restaurant franchises go, this has got to be at the top of my list for go-to food. Endless options, great customer service, flavor has just the right amount of spice, and you cannot beat the 2 – 1 Happy Hour specials.

The only alternative to being frozen to death indoors is being fumigated on the porch by people who can’t live without smoking for the duration of a meal! NOT coming back

Had pretty decent service and our food was great! It was the first time I had seen the touch screen devices they now use at the tables. It was kind of depressing to look around the restaurant and see all the groups playing with these devices instead of having conversation. I hope these devices don’t become the new thing at all chain restaurants to replace actual servers and real human interaction. I just put ours up on the ledge so we didn’t have a bright lcd screen distracting our eyes and taking space on our table. But back to the restaurant — aside from my general dislike of the touchscreen devices, our food and service was good. On par with any other chilis or chain restaurant in general.

Everything I’ve tried here ive liked. My favorite dish is the Chipotle fresh mex bowl. Service was a little slow the last time i went, maybe they were understaffed.

Just left the restaurant. No lie, they were out of at least five things I requested. No black bean burgers. No blueberry/pineapple margaritas(it’s national margarita day!) No tableside guac. They brought it from the kitchen and asked if there was anything we didn’t want in it. No vanilla ice cream for any of the desserts and ran out of chips for our queso and guac! We decided to go ahead with the deserts without the included vanilla ice cream. No offer to discount dessert because we didn’t get everything that was included in the desert. Why two stars? The triple berry margarita that I chose since they were out of blueberry pineapple was pretty good although I couldn’t taste a drop of tequila. The other star is for the other guests in my party that seemed to like their meal. I was the one that wanted the black bean burger! They need to fire their purchasing manager. We won’t be back.

I typically try to avoid chain familyish restaurants, however, a co-worker told me about the new table-side guacamole and I had to try it! I’m disappointed to say it reaffirmed my aversion to this type of restaurant, as it was completely unremarkable and poorly presented… not at all like table-side preparation I’ve had at other(non-chain) restaurants. The staff here appears to be completely untrained and overwhelmingly young and inexperienced. Our server had no idea what kind of beer was on tap and had to leave the table to ask. When she brought out our«table-side» guacamole, the dish contained already mashed avocado(prepared by the«chef» according to the server) and 6 little sauce dishes with onions, «fire-roasted» jalapeño(not nearly enough to add flavor), a large amount of salt, lime juice, green onion and cilantro. She began picking them up and dumping them into the avocado. When my husband asked what she was adding(it was cilantro), she replied that she had no idea and had only been on the job a month or so. In the end, it was really kind of a boring guacamole… not really what I was expecting. It was overly salty in conjunction with the heavily salted chips and there were large chunks of avocado skin throughout. By the time we got to eating, the hostess had seated two pretty noisy groups next to us and right behind me(even though the entire section was empty) so we quickly finished our drinks and paid the check. Honestly, we couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

We were craving some southwestern egg rolls so after a quick shopping stop at Tyrone Mall, my son and I stopped in here for dinner. I got kind of lost finding the restaurant, it’s located down a winding road off the main road(I thought I took a wrong turn but nope! Just keep driving down and you’ll see it!) Greeted and seated quickly. Manager on duty was very nice and attentive. Our server was friendly enough. Not the friendliest, but she seemed busy so eh, whatever. My son ordered a kid meal and I ordered the mango-chile tilapia. It came with some rice and broccoli. Ok flavors to the fish, kinda sweet and spicy but I wasn’t like«MMMM this is sooo good!» I would not order again. The southwestern egg rolls and molten chocolate cake always taste the same no matter what Chili’s you go to lol. This Chili’s location has those self order and self pay touchscreens at the tables. You can reorder drinks, food, and pay your bill at the table without waiting for a server. I ordered dessert from it and paid our bill through it. Overall, a good Chili’s experience.

Now Chili’s is Chili’s is Chili’s. Right? Wrong. Chains don’t get to treat people like crap. I’m not saying that every employee was a mess, but the waiter we had Friday was a hot damn mess. This dude literally had no interest in making us happy in anyway shape or form. No pleasantries. No smiles. He barely appeared at our table. I was not pleased. And the drinks they made us were crap. That’s just alcohol abuse.
