Easy renting experience! Randy was very helpful and made the process very easy and seamless. I left a different storage company due to their rudeness and lack of customer service and I definitely feel that I won’t experience that here. Clean units and fair pricing!

My move in experience has been flawless. Unit was clean, price was fair, no hidden surprises (yet?) I lubricated the door for them, it was very stiff, but no big deal. Ingress and egress has been no problem at all. I have a 10×15 non climate-controlled. Reserving the 5^th star to see if any surprises show up on my bill; the other review on here is hopefully an outlier.

I went in to inquire about pricing and ended up picking out my unit and I received a good deal on the price. The worker gave me a specific date that I had to be able to come back to sign the paperwork in order to get that pricing. I went back in before the date I was given, and they told me I was too late and gave me a much higher price. They also tricked me into getting the optional $ 10/month insurance without my consent. They gave me an access code to the front gate, but when I went to move my stuff in 2 days later, the access code wouldn’t work and their office was closed. 2 months later I received a notice saying my rent price was going up even higher. Perhaps one of the worst parts is that for quite some time the security gate was broken, which allowed anyone access into the facility.
