The Medical Center of Body Rejuvenation

Very unprofessional receptionist. I was very interested in becoming a patient and my question can you bill my insurance or do you have to pay out of pocket. Money is not a issue to me as i already pay $ 500 a month for health insurance but the rude receptionist not only kept me waiting but told me only you can call your insurance company because its too time consuming to us. I simply asked her if i am in network with the office or is my insurance website wrong.
Long story short if the lady was more nicer and simply said I’m sorry we do not take your insurance but you can pay out of pocket i would have became a new patient instead of telling me oh some insurances do or don’t just ask them for procedure codes because its too time consuming for us. It must be too time consuming to be nice on the phone to a potential new client. I own a restaurant you do not treat clients like that.
