The Medical Center of Body Rejuvenation

Very unprofessional receptionist. I was very interested in becoming a patient and my question can you bill my insurance or do you have to pay out of pocket. Money is not a issue to me as i already pay $ 500 a month for health insurance but the rude receptionist not only kept me waiting but told me only you can call your insurance company because its too time consuming to us. I do not understand codes or there medical terms a doctors office should know what insurances they accept and do not accept. She could at least told me they can try to bill the insurance but id have to pay in full in the mean time.
Long story short if the lady was more nicer and simply said I’m sorry we do not take your insurance but you can pay out of pocket i would have became a new patient instead of telling me oh some insurances do or don’t just ask them for procedure codes because its too time consuming for us. It must be too time consuming to be nice on the phone to a potential new client. I own a restaurant you do not treat clients like that. Yeah and i wanted to bring another person to do it with me.
