Value First Auto

This is by far the worst auto dealer (buy here pay here) I’ve ever dealt with. At first they were great! After paying for a year, on time that is, I lost my job. I kept in contact and kept up my end of the deal when I set up payment arrangements. The last arrangement made was broken by the owner, not me. I asked to pay a portion of the catch up amount and was granted my wish until my taxes came in, when I would catch it up in full. Then… three days after the final arrangement was made, they came & took my vehicle. When I called to talk to them about it I spoke to the owner. He tried lying to me, telling me they took it because I had no insurance on it. That was a lie. He then told me that he had reevaluated the situation and it was no longer good enough for him. He gave me ten days to come up with the amount owed to catch up and the now added $ 300 repo fee, plus proof of insurance… which they already had. So, to get away from the company, I left my vehicle to them. I would never return there. Nor would I recommended them to anyone! Plus they sold me a price of junk for way too much.
