Cali Nails Spa

This is the WORST attempt at a paint job that I have ever experienced, and I have been getting my nails done professionally for the last 25 years. I noticed the technician was using way too much polish and it was dripping all on the sides and he kept having to try and clean it off with his fingernails and cottonballs but he never really got it all off. He told me it would wash off when I took a shower. I sat under the dryer when he finished and he told me it was dry. I left and, of course, it wasn’t dry. How could it be when there was ten lbs. of polish on my hands? I came back in the next day and this jerk had the nerve to have an attitude with me. He said he would repaint it when he finished his client. NO, THANK YOU!!! I refused him and waited for the other guy. This, of course, brought on a barrage of foreign banter that I’ll never really know. I have to admit, the second guy’s paint job was much better. I will NEVER return. Although the second guy fixed them, the customer service sucks.

Out of towner, wanted a pedi for an event. Geezzz. what a disappointment. 3 employees for 5 – 6 customers. Took for everrrr, for file etc. (was only a week since last pedi), painting was a joke (very limited colors). Then the polish didn’t dry, 3 hours later it’s sliding off the big toe on 1 foot, 4 hours later smeared on the other foot. could not understand why this stuff wouldn’t dry.

Just terrible. 2 hours for a basic mani and pedi and it was sloppy. Will not go back.

I’ve been to several places in stafford and this place is my favorite. The guy there is really nice. All the other places I’ve gone to in stafford definitely don’t spend as much time and care with you as this place does.

Quick service for a walk in mani w/​gel color– but I was a little irritated by the man’s demeanor. Many regulars were in the store and he was personable and did make an effort to talk to me for 2 minutes of the 35 – 45 I was there– but he consistently let me know how bad he thought my nails looked upon arriving. In an effort to get to his regulars, he multitasked BADLY while finishing my nails and getting their chairs ready for pedis– I was awkwardly waiting for much too long (past the gel setting).
He did well on the application of gel but not the color itself– it was darker red in some spots than others. I’ll pass on returning here… The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because they took me as a quick walk in.

Nice staff, clean location, but service was overpriced. Got the most expensive pedicure (I think it was called Magical) for $ 50 and felt like it was $ 25 too expensive for what was done. So-​so paint job, weak and quick massage, and the «mask» and «callous cream» treatments lasted merely minutes and didn’t do anything special. I’ve paid $ 20 and had wonderful service at other salons. The best part was the massage chairs! I won’t come back for a pedicure.

I always go here to get my eyebrows done and they always look fantastic! They take there time and do a great job. I’ve gotten my nails done here as well and they looked beautiful. The prices are very inexpensive!
