So dirty! And don’t ever go to this salon. I got my eyebrow tattoo and after a week it faded. The lady that did my tattoo her name is VIvi doesn’t know how to take care of her customer. She’s only after the money. She didn’t put numbing cream and didn’t explain to me if I’m allergic to latex gloves and didn’t draw first the eyebrow design if I like it or not. She was in a hurry and did my tattoo for only 40 mins. DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE OR ELSE YOU WILL REGRET IT IN YOUR WHOLE LIFE. I WENT THERE TO GET A REFUND AND SHE REFUSED. And I’m not gonna go back there to get it retouch again. This place isghetto.

I showed up there at 9:54am, as they said they opened at 10. The metal «gates» to open up the salon did not come up until 10:15. My lady rushed through my appt (she was VERY nice though) and my basic gel shellac manicure was done in 15 minutes. No hand massage, no lotion, nothing. I had a different color on my left ring finger and it was an extra 5 dollars (seriously?) as my friends were only charged 30. The gel was decent, but 15 minutes and for 35 dollars? As we were leaving, we were all charged on our credit cards but there is no place to «tip» them on the receipt. The lady said that we can buy a candy bar in the line at Walmart and then get cash back to tip her (I’m not joking.) I went there for the convenience but I will travel the extra mile next time and get my massage, good gel manicure, and only have to spend $ 21. I enjoy being pampered, but apparently this place is a «get em’ done quick’ bare-​minimum kinda place. I won’t be going back. It’s really sad, as the employees were very nice, but I feel like I got ripped off.

So Dirty! I am not very observant and was a little distracted when I walked in, big mistake. I started to look around while getting my toes done and gross! They don’t clean anything; floors, tools, food from lunch from days ago. And my biggest pet peeve they talked Koren the whole time. I don’t like not knowing what people are saying when i am hiring them for a «relaxing» service. Not only that but the tv was even on a nonenglish channel! Go at your own risk!
