Chili’s in Stafford Market Place is one of very few restaurants you have to choose from if you want to stay in the area or on 610 so they don’t have to try too hard… and they don’t try hard at all. The drinks are good but the food is fucking horrible for the price.

Awesome food and awesome service! Mark(our waiter) was on point! Our drinks were always full and although it was a busy night he kept checking up on us and making sure that our expectations were met! Best service ive had at a restaurant in quite some time. Definitively recommend!

Walter our waiter was on point! Our drinks were always full, he was funny and helpful. Our food was exactly what you expect from the place. Everything was warm, my drinks were good and hubby got refills without being asked if he needed another drink. We felt very welcomed!

My wife and I visited on Monday the28th, at around 7pm. A long hair waiter waited in us. He was very nice so this shouldn’t be a negative upon him. My wife ordered a chicken salad and I ordered the triple dipper. I ordered two servings of boneless wings and an order of fried pickles. After getting our order, mine was wrong. No problem, it happens. It’s corrected and we eat. I notice the first two bites or so had an off taste but the it seemed fine. About 20 min later I started getting an upset stomach. I thought it was because I ate too much. We ordered a lava cake for desert but the spoons we were given had left over food on them! We asked for new spoons that never came. I stood up and too two sets from a bin on a counter and we used forks. I had two bites then instant stomach cramps. That night was filled with vomiting and diarrhea. Flash forward to today, Thursday the 31st and my days are still filled with diarrhea!!! I’m close to saying I’m going to the hospital but I’m trying to fight it out. So long story short, worst experience ever!!! I don’t think I will ever go to another Chilli’s again!!!

We enjoyed a free Veteran’s Day meal today and it was awesome. MY meal was 5– stars(the sour cream chicken enchiladas) they were awesome. We only took away a star because my son’s kids burgers were very over done. Our server Mark was so awesome, he really did an excellent job making sure we had everything we needed(a difficult task with two small kids). We will definitely go to this Chilis again.

We were seated quickly, and greeted promptly by our server. Our order was taken quickly, and we never wanted for drink refills. The food came out exactly as ordered, and hot. Service was great. It may be a typical chain restaurant, but they went out of their way to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back.

Consistently good food — Always exactly as ordered. Friendly waitstaff and bartenders. It’s chain food — but it’s exactly as it should be!

Stopped in at 6:30PM and not crowded at all. Service was consistent and our drinks were always filled. I liked the new menu options, definitely going for the healthier sector. Tried the Combo Two, which is WAY too much food. The Ancho Chipotle Salmon was very good. The ribs as always, consistent. Steamed broccoli = healthy. The skillet mashed potato, WITHCHEESE, very tasty but probably not healthy.

Ordered the Cajun pasta. Noodles were cooked properly. Sauce was almost non-existent. The raw green onions and raw diced tomatoes somewhat detracted from the pasta. Next time I would ask for it with out these two items. Sweet tea was good.

The wait is literally so long i am am about to give up the will to live. Of course I can only give up this will if the diabetic coma does not kick in first. The waitress took well over 15 minutes before she approached. Then she was a little impatient that we had a drink order but not the food we wanted to order. She started tapping her foot so naturally I took my time. She apologized and said she would be right back with our drinks. Right back meant another 12 minutes. This time she was happy we had our food order ready. It has been another 13 minutes and she just came over to say our food will be up shortly. I’m not sure what that means in this place. People around us have come and gone. We are still waiting for our order. We should’ve left but the weakness from not eating breakfast and the stubbornness of making sure I get what I came for is keeping us here. Yea us, my husband does not have a choice. He thought about ordering a pizza while we wait. The restaurant is not full so the delay seems unreasonable. Let’s hope the food is worth the wait although I am doubtful at this point. It has now been 18 minutes and we are still sitting here with empty glasses and no food. This is the longest I have ever had to wait for a simple order. We ordered 2 items off of the main menu with no special requests. So we get our food and it is mediocre at best. The avocado chicken sandwich looks very good but is bland in flavor. The bun is way to big for the patty. They should call it the bun sandwich with a smidgen of chicken. The French fries were not hot but closer to room temperature. Lots of small burnt pieces that do not look appetizing. The spicy shrimp tacos are closer to plain shrimp tacos. They are good but not spicy in any sense meaning no heat and no spices to change the flavor of basic shrimp. The waitress checked on us once. We asked for extra napkins which she brought after she asked us if we would be paying cash or credit and explaining how to use the kiosk at the table after we stated we know how to use it. The service was slow and painful and the food was mediocre. I would not recommend this place unless you have time to waist and are not starving since the wait will kill you before the malnourishment does.

The food was fine, like every other chili’s, which is what I had expected going there and was fine with. Our waitress was very friendly been though we were the last to leave. Took care of us real well.

Given Stafford’s limited dining options Chili’s is our go to place. Have always gotten great service especially with Andrew, Victoria and Oscar. Love their option to pay at the table too. Wish more places would go to that option so you are not waiting on a bill and not having to hand over your card to someone.

Ate at Chili’s so I can catch a football game with some friends. Overall I can’t complain. Food– 4⁄5 It was fresh but not the best food I’ve had. Service– 3⁄5 To be fair, waitress was swamped. Atmosphere– 3⁄5 Good atmosphere to catch a football game.

The food is ok but the service is horrible. The only server that’s really good is Mark. He’ll make your visit worthwhile. I give him five stars. Everyone else gets one.

Still our go to neighborhood hangout. Andrew still rocks as does Victoria. They know what we like and how we like it. We will miss this place when we move further south. But if you live close stop in and sit at the bar. Way better service than Applebee’s.

It was ok. We went here for lunch and even arrived almost after lunch rush was done Service was slow. Waited forever for our drinks. Entrees came out and it was obvious they sat under a hot lamp for awhile. Then everything came out at once, including appetizers. Not sure we will go back.

Well, seeing as Stafford offers zero options in real decent restaurants… Your options are either fight 95 traffic or eat at chain places. We have every single fast food place possible. Chick Fila(Vomits in mouth) is actually the top rated restaurant in all of Stafford! Aren’t I lucky to have moved to this weird nightmare of a city. So, my options on snowy night were the Outback that can not cook meat, Buffalo Wild Wings that smells like a frat house after a week long party, the Applebees that let me wait for 20 minutes before greeting me, or Chilis. Did I mention I hate this town’s food options? It is ok at best… chain quality… kinda consistent. EATCHEAP!!! Do not spend top dollar for their over priced entrees. Fight 95 and go to a different city, or stick with bar food. Shots, beer, fried stuff, maybe a pizza or sandwich. Stop there! Fajitas? A joke! I am not spending that kind of money for such low quality.(Do not think Poncho Villa is the Mexican answer… it is not! They serve cold food in a dark dirty place… no thanks!) So, if you refuse to hit the highway to a much more food rich city, and a drive through will not cut it… Yea Chili’s is about the only option you have left. On the bright side, the staff is really nice and the bar tenders know their drinks. I hate Stafford’s food options! I really really do!

Good happy hour food prices and they taste good. Happy hour beer prices only apply to cheap beer If you don’t get right server Service is bit slow in bar area during happy hour.
