Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Definitely disappointed in the service at this enterprise. Went to get the car. The guy seemed nice. He took me to my car only to realize that it had a quarter tank of gas in it. Got someone to put more gas in the tank. He told me the person who went to fill up the car will come and get me and I can leave. I realized that she came back and was standing outside. I went to her to ask her if the car was ready. She asked if I got the contract. The guy hadn’t given it to me so she went and got the contract for me and explained stuff and that she has put in half a tank and I was on my way.
Fast forward two days… I was getting drug tested for my new job and was at the lab. I signed in and was about to give a urine sample only to realize that I didn’t have my drivers license that I needed. I traced it to the enterprise as the last place I used it. I called twice the number on the contract and no one answered. Drove out there and of course they had it. The guy said he never got any calls… not sure how since the voicemail came on twice.
Wouldn’t have been so irked but the fact that I am due to deliver my baby in 19days and I really don’t have the time or energy for this. The least the guy could have done was call me and tell me that he forgot to give me my license rather than hold onto for two days. Also, I noticed there were several other drivers license in their cabinet so this is not their first time not giving it back to their customer. I really hope that their customer service improves in this location.

I think this was the worst Enterprise rent-​acar experience I have ever had and I have had several. I had called ahead and let them know what time I would be there and the car was not ready. In fact first they said I was going to get one kind of car and then they said no I was going to get a different car. Once I got my car it only had «an eighth» of gas in it and the interior was not clean at all. In fact it was so bad my 4 years old told me it was disgusting or in her words «scusting» in the back seat. Also there were tons of fingerprints all over the back windshield so when the sun shined on it it was all you could see.
Then once MY car was ready at the dealership no one was there for me to check the car in with, the lady at the dealerships body shop told me I could just leave the keys with her.
