Takes under 1 hr to make a medium pizza and get a 2 liter of Dr pepper… still not good, I like only 3 miles if not less from them

Kinda sucks how they don’t deliver to where I’m at. I’m literally just fifteen minutes out. Customer service sucked when I called and asked them about delivery options. Then when I got my pizza, the cheese was burnt.
Unfortunately I still have to continue to order from here because it’s the closest Pizza Hut, and I love their thin and crispy pizza and bread sticks. Just hope they fix somethings.

Love the new menu options, especially the crushed tomato sauce and crust drizzle options. I’ve always had great customer service experiences, and we order from there frequently. We normally place our order over the internet for pick up. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and have gotten to where they remember us by name.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a chain pizza place. The staff all appear to have no interest in being there. Don’t order with a scheduled pick up you will still wait and wait and wait for your order. They also have no attention to detail and tried to hand me an incomplete order. All they had to say was «Sorry» — yeah they are sorry alright!

Walked in waited over 5 minutes in line to place a cary out order, the people in front of me were also waiting to be helped. The people who were in the seating area did not get the correct order. Made the decision to leave. Horrible customer service. There appeared to be a manager in a black shirt who was more concerned with the conversation he was having with the employees (not about work). When there is a line of patrons and your doing nothing, and I mean nothing it makes my decision easy to go to the Pizza Hut on route 1.

Staff is friendly and restaurant is clean. Food is OK, but I think the quality is better at the location by 610, but not bad enough to warrant the extra drive. Overall not a bad location.

Walking in the door the first thing you notice is how clean and new everything looks. Staff was quick and friendly. Got my order and it looked great and tasted wonderful.

I order a personal pepperoni pizza i have wait 45 minutes and I went to ask how much longer I have to wait they told me 5 more minutes I end up waiting xtra 15 minutes the worse please to order small pizza took forever.
