I hate getting my haircut because they always go too short. I went in on a Saturday and had to wait about 15 – 20 minutes so not bad for a busy day. I got Sheila, told her exactly what I wanted and not to go to short. She did an amazing job. The last haircut I got was $ 75 and they butchered my hair. For $ 14.95 I got the best haircut I’ve had in forever. They seemed to be very efficient and friendly. Will definitely be going back more often now!

This is Felix’s wife. Great spot for a good trim for long-haired moms and girls. Sheila is excellent & worth asking for. Good layers, hair color advice, etc. Fair prices, no pressure to do more. Call like 30 minutes ahead & put your name in and they’ll keep your place in line. Or call & ask about the wait. Convenient shopping nearby, too– Rack Room Shoes, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Children’s Place, etc.

This is a great, no frills, cheap place to get your haircut. I didn’t go for anything special, my hair was just getting extremely long and I needed it cut. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and there were 3 people having their hair cut and 1 more waiting, I was seen about 5 – 10 minutes later. The stylist was nice asked me how I wanted my hair cut and I told her I didn’t have anything specific in mind just something short and easy to maintain. She worked very quickly and another 5 – 10 minutes later I was done. The price was $ 14.95, a pretty good deal for a pretty good haircut and experience.

I’ve been to this place a few times. Usually would get a decent haircut but there was this one time I went there, my haircut was horrible. I even debated whether I should go to work or not the next day. I eventually did but cancelled all of my meetings. My rule of thumb is, one bad experience at a barber shop or a restaurant and it’s off my list for good.

After my regular hair stylist(at another salon that I have been going to for a few years) messed up on my hair not once but twice by failing to reshape my layers and«barely» trimming it, I made the decision to walk away as a client. Anyone can make a mistake once but the second time she was just careless and not attentive. I felt this was becoming a habit with her. That I cannot accept and it was time to move on. I went for months without a haircut and managed okay with my hair but it grows fast and reached a point of becoming unmanageable. While out one day, I decided to stop in here and see if someone could do a quick trim and re shaping of layers. I figured it was worth a chance. The stylist working that day, Sarah I believe is her name, was friendly and listened while I explained what my former stylist had done and, most importantly, not done. She then proceeded to give my hair a light trim and reshape my layers so my hair fell into place as it should. I asked if she could give me some long side-swept bangs and she did so with no problem. I cannot begin to tell what a relief and good feeling it was to look in the mirror and see my hair with actually shaped layers and have its bounce back, especially since my former stylist failed to do this during my last visit. I really like the long side-swept bangs. The cost was $ 14.95 which is a great bargain. The fact that she cut my hair the way I wanted and in a way that looks good is worth much more. She deserved a big tip. Others may not have had a good experience here but I did. It’s so nice to have my hair behaving again and this is why I give four stars. I don’t know what the turnover rate is for this particular location but I do hope Sarah sticks around. I’d definitely go back to her for an in-between hair trim.

I was in need of a haircut before a wedding and had some time to kill on my lunch break. This place was absolutely dead. There were two stylists and one customer. The lady helping me was friendly, and asked appropriately what I wanted. She was quick and efficient. I noticed almost immediately she had a different technique than my normal stylist, but no biggy — the end result should be similar enough. I ended up with an average haircut. Not terrible, but certainly not one I’d need to brag about anywhere. On my left temple you could see a very distinct line where she cut that wasn’t blended in in anyway. Not noticeable now, two weeks later — but was noticeable to me for a few days. Good luck.

They never give me an honest answer as to when they will be able to give me a haircut. I work nearby so I try to go on lunch or before work just for the convenience. Multiple times they’ve told me it’s a 30 – 45 minute wait, which is fine. However, once I wait that amount of time, they tell me about some new people who are still before me. I call ahead, get put on the list, come in when they tell me to, and I am still expected to wait another 30 minutes. This is the third time they’ve wasted an hour of my time, I could have gone to a farther one and be done by the time they get me in a chair.

Worst. The Lady who cut my hair, Lu Ann«Marie», was unenthusiastic almost the entire time. There was NOONEELSE waiting and this was in the morning. I told her to cut a few extra inches and she sighed, looked up, walked away like she was trying to contain herself. It was ridiculous. Needless to say I did not tip her. We all have issues and bad days but I tried to make it very easy for her and friendly but she just didn’t care. By the way, this wasn’t my first time here. There was an asian man(there are two and one is actually a whole lot nicer!) and he insulted me about my hair. Either management does not treat them well and they are under paid or somethings up because they have major attitude over here. You will walk out feeling like you burdened them.

My teenage daughter went here and got the worst haircut of her life. The back was extremely uneven and had pieces longer than an inch just sticking out. When I called to complain and ask for a repair or a refund I was told the woman who cut my daughter’s hair was the manager. I was told she would call me back but she never did. I took my daughter elsewhere for a repair job. The lady who repaired it asked if my daughter had tried to cut it herself. Enough said.
