I’m standing here dealing with a very pleasant woman for my prescription — and an elderly woman comes up and politely asked if she could interrupt my conversation with the pharmacy employees. She then handed the young lady a gift and a card and thanked her again and again for her kindness the previous day — in helping her and her husband sort out a complicated circumstance with their insurance and another CVS in florida. Anyway, she beamed… And was so sweet with the older lady — that just watching it all made my day.

See previous review as well. I went in to pick up some basic toiletries because like always, I forgot everything. I noticed that Colgate was on sale, if you spent $ 10 you got $ 5 Extrabucks. I did 2 separate transactions so I could use them right away since I ALWAYS lose them. When my receipt printed out, I noticed I didn’t get the $ 5, so I just asked the cashier if toothbrushes weren’t included in that offer. He took a look and said, «Oh, no problem, I’ll just take the 5 bucks off for you» I kind of stood there like an idiot for a minute because I’m honestly not used to such great customer service. Thats twice now in 2 trips that I’ve have an awesome experience.

I get great customer service there. I ususally get my scripts late since I work late and they are always ready and always nice.

My toddler just got out of a major surgery and we got home and took the doctor’s printed out prescription in, which clearly states .75 mL(which is .1 tsp. of the pain meds) and the pharmacy wrote ¾ of a teaspoonful which is 4x the dose of pain meds. .75mL is not ¾ of a teaspoon. This would have possibly killed my child had we not caught the error at the very last minute.

The service here definitely depends who you deal with. The manager was very helpful with getting me a refund for incorrect charges!

Open 24⁄7 which is handy and for whatever reason, this location does not suffer from the long lines that the Hope Street location always has.

Why are people so impatient at CVS? I’m not talking about the staff. I’m talking about the customers. I think elderly ladies go to CVS to vent. The next time I see an elderly woman berate a fellow customer for having too many«non-pharmacy» items at the pharmacy check-out register, I’m going to have to say something. Something along the lines of «Chill the *%&$*#* out! Sure, the staff is a little slow at CVS. But if you were counting little pink pills all day, you’d act like a little dazed too. Be nice to them. As for the rest of us milling through the aisles at CVS, I can only issue this warning: If you see an elderly lady with a sneer on her face, stay clear. She’s about to blow.
