We are so happy that this place opened up! It has fresh beef and pork cuts from every part of the animal. They have prepackaged options and or if you want a fresher option you can ask for specifics. My wife and I are doing a Paleo diet currently and you get to eat lots of meats so you want quality. One thing we’ve been wanting is bacon, well almost ALL bacons have some sort of sugar in it you can’t have sugar on this program so we went in hoping they could slice fresh pork belly. Sure enough they could accommodate us and we ordered up 6 lbs. The cost was around 35.00 and they vacuum packed each pound individually which was awesome. I’m happy with the taste and quality. We will be back.
They also sell little trinkets like NY maple syrup, beer can covers, jams, spice mixes. I love local things and wanna keep them open.
