Please dont go here. They will tell you anything to get you to go through them. I paid way more than I needed to for a few parking tickets cause I was given false information. Even the Parking violation bureau recommended to stay away from them. FVR said I could pay a few outstanding tickets through them with partial payments, which is what I needed since I couldnt pay all at once. What they didnt tell me is that they would not report it to the dmv until I had the full payment. Or that my car could be towed since I had more than four tickets. OR that I could pay these outstanding tickets individually through the bureau to lower the amount of tickets I had so that I wouldnt be towed. Perhaps I should’ve already known that but I took their information as legitimate when they said I could go through them directly to end up with the same result. My car got towed by the city. When I showed the parking enforcement my receipt from them showing that I have been making payments, they said it was from a third party so it didnt mean anything to them since the DMV had no record of it nor did the parking violation bureau. So I went back to them to get a refund and pay through the parking violation bureau, they said it would take too long to file for a refund so I should just pay through them the rest of the amount to clear the tickets and release my car. I asked if they can do that because I was told to go specifically to the bureau. The person working in Fast Vehicles said yes and that they would give me a slip for the release of my car from the towing place if I paid through them. I asked him many times if this was true because I had already lost my trust with them. He repeatedly assured me that yes, he would give me a release form to get my car out. He gave me a sheet where he scribbled «impouned» and said I should be good. The paper they gave me was worthless. The towing company said that they had no authorization to even say they could release the car since they weren’t the ones who towed the car in the first place. I had to pay more for storage cost as I had to wait for the next business day. I ended up having to go through the bureau anyway to pay even more and get the official release form from them. I paid for their services when i could’ve done it all way faster and cheaper if I had just gone through the bureau.
