Unless you have a craving to mistreat yourself, do not order the extra crispy chicken. It appeared to be coated in stale bread crumbs. There were chunks of breading missing from the chicken. Just not worth another visit. Fried chicken from Albertsons is much better.

They are always forgetting orders. If you ask for a side of potatoes they will give you macaroni and cheese. And they will give you the full order with the bread and cookie when they choose. And i got charged for the two potato wedges sides i asked for, and i only got one of them. I like the food i just really wish they would get my order correctly amd not skip parts of my combo.

Unilocal Challenge 2015. 263⁄365. *updated* ** 2 Star Tuesday ** They ran outta chicken AGAIN. This is not the first time either. As I sat at the window after paying for my food and receiving my drinks I start to fall asleep. Its been 10 minutes. I crack my neck looking inside, maybe they forgot about me. Finally, they open the window and give me my food. I asked them uf they ran outta chicken. He said no, they had to make fresh chicken. Dude… you ran outta chicken. Just tell me. As I am leaving I check my food and mind a mutated leg. You got to be kidding, this was not fresh chicken and there is zero quality control. So I turn around and go back in. They replace it. In fact they throw away perfectly good mashed potatoes too and say I can keep my cookie, she will give me a new one. Shd never did. She did though give me extra chicken. Got home started eating, my popcorn chicken was totally over cooked and there was a piece of bell pepper in it. I didn’t know they had bell peppers. Hubsters said his chicken was not good eiether. Epic fail, waste of $ 10.58. 2 star TUESDAY! !

Front door broken for months now. Soda dispenser broken for months now. They ask you to choose a drink and fill by a machine behind the counter. The last time, I asked for Sprite, I got just soda… The chicken strips I typically order were definitely under cooked the last two times I took them from this place. This place must be immediately revamped or shut down in a hurry.

I came here and I hadn’t been here for a while so it took me a minute to look at the menu. I chose to get the 5 $ fill up. The wait time wasn’t long and they have someone different taking your money and giving you your food at the window. When I got my food it was hot. I could tell it was fresh, and it had taken a total of 2 minutes. Upon opening the box I realized they had messed up my order. The girl at the drive thru had been kind of impatient about me asking about what comes with each order, and told me to roll up to the window. She ended up just typing in my order wrong. I went again and let them know my order was wrong. The guy at the window was really nice about it and gave me my food, but upon hearing me complain some really big girl with blonde hair and grown out black roots walked by looking very annoyed. She tried to hide behind a wall and make some signs, probably asking what was wrong since I’m sure she took the order. She was wearing the headpiece lol. The guy tried to be discreet but I could tell he told her not to worry or that it was fine or something. Then, another girl came by. This one was a really big Asian girl with black hair. Or she could have just been a Hispanic chick with super chinky eyes. Who knows. Upon walking by she looked at the window with this look like a hound dog ready to defend his food. I can’t find a better way to explain it. You could tell she didn’t have anything to do with the order and was going to jump in to her friends aid because she stood and watched the window the whole time, while talking to the girl behind the wall. I don’t know what was up with them but the Hispanic guy that gave me the food was real sweet about it. Apart from that whole little episode, the food was fast, the guy at the window was friendly, and the food tasted great. I know I’m going to be stopping by here again.

This place is disgusting, found a long black HAIRINMYFOOD!!! So upset and disgusted. Called the place to speak with the manager(that didn’t bother telling me his name) all he could say was«sorry» Worst thing you could do is find a hair in your food.

$ 4.31 for what I thought was nuggets, actually turned out to be 80% fried breading. I am disappointed to say the least.

Its KFC, not much to say. You know the mac n’ cheese lacks everything flavorful but you get it anyways, the boxed super cream mashed potatoes keep form very well once scooped onto your plate, the«sweet corn» is just overcooked previously frozen bag corn, the cole slaw is the only thing worth going for when you come here, and the chicken is so-so. Hit and miss at times. Sometimes its unbearably salty, others its pretty good and you’re in shock. This was one of those times of utter amazement with how the chicken was NOT salty. By the way, since when do they no longer give butter for the bisquits? WTF?

This KFC use to be good before but now it seems like people hire just anyone. Came here and went through the drive thru. Ordered 12 piece chicken only and biscuits. The lady taking my order asked how many because they are 2 for $ 1 so we said 2 orders. We get to the window and pay. Fine but now no biscuits in my bag. So I go back and ask wheres my biscuits. The guy who gave me my order said«oh I didnt charge you». WHATTHEHELL!!! Do they just not listen when you order. What happened to the person taking your order is the same person at the window. The guy(dont know his name) was not even sorry for it. But did ask if we still wanted it with a look on his face and attitude. I said forget it and stormed out. Dont come here. Apparently these workers dont listen and dont care. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Sorry KFC but your customer service and drive thru service needs ALOT of help.

One of the not so great KFCs. Once I went during lunch & the food was cold & today I picked up a bucket & it was so soggy it looked boiled. The fries were crisp as were the chicken tenders, so at least they know how to manage those. So many better options but if you have 2 kids in your car & need a drive thru… its edible. Meh.

This is one of those businesses where you just want to give them another chance, especially since it is convenient and there aren’t very many fried chicken locations nearby. This was my mistake My food somehow managed to be burned but was bland and seemed undercooked(internal temp?). Somehow, they couldn’t get my order right, although I was the only person in line. After bringing it up, nothing was done to address it and give me my actual order. So I say to this KFC, and probably KFC in general, «bye bye, you’ll never see me again.» If you can’t even get something you’re supposed to specialize in(fried chicken) right, what are the rest of us supposed to think of it? This location is definitely a blight on the chain and the employees/management really needs to shape up.

Give em 3 stars for the value of the meal. But they always forget to give me a spoon or a fork. Am i suspose to eat mashed potatoes and coleslaw with my fingers? They always forget the dipping sauces for the chicken strips too. They even forget to give napkins. «They Muck you at the Drivethru »

Poor customer service. A little old lady got in line right before me. We waited nearly 10 mins before they took our order. One employee looked like he kept chitchatting with someone in the office. As the old lady put in her order, he said that he’d go check to see if they had enough chicken for her meal. Over a minute later, he comes back confirming that some fresh chicken is coming out. She pays and sits down. I order 20 piece hot wings and again, the guy goes to check if they have it. He comes back about 30 seconds and tells me the same thing as the old lady, some fresh chicken is coming out. I pay and sit down. About 5 mins later I get my order and the lady is still waiting, looking pretty frustrated. I would’ve been too, had my order not come out as quick.

We ordered the 12 piece for $ 10 and they only gave us 6 pieces! I was soooooo dissappointed. I would have gave them one star but the chicken was pretty good and the hot wings was really good. Crispy and fresh.

This location in Station seems to be a little better than most regarding preparation. My chicken wrap wasn’t overloaded with sauce — just enough. Manager always has something nice to say. Plenty of good parking. This location is a «training» center, guess that is why is better then most.

My god… the inside of this place is a disgusting dump. No wonder I haven’t been to a KFC in a decade or more. After wading thru the parking lot of day laborers waiting to get picked up by home depot shoppers I made my way to KFC. Why am I eating at KFC? My wife had a craving for fried chicken and since Goldenwest is under massive construction I didn’t feel like going to Popeye’s, hence my arrival at KFC. Thank goodness I was taking this to go since every inch of this place was filthy. I kid you not, every single table was covered in fried chicken crumbs, coleslaw remnants, corn kernels, and biscuit chunks. You can only imagine what the floor looked like. So due to being indecisive I order the obesity in a box combo, otherwise known as the«big variety box». This includes 1 piece of thigh or leg, a small popcorn chicken, 1 chicken strip, a biscuit, 2 sides, and a drink. I get the thigh for both my wife and for sides I get mashed potato & coleslaw for myself and mashed potato and corn for my wife. Service was actually very friendly and answered all my questions, so that’s nice. The Popeye’s on Westminster/Goldenwest always has this late 20’s Vietnamese guy working the register that seems like he’s ready to commit suicide. You can see and hear the depression he’s got from still working at his high school job. While waiting for my to go order I get our drinks… the lid/straw area is completely littered with trash. There’s napkins and straw wrappers all over the effen place. MYGODTHISPLACEIS A DUMP!!! I cannot even begin to imagine the kitchen cleanliness. So how was the food? The thigh was delicious! It was crunchy, flavorful, tender and moist. It brought back childhood memories of eating the Colonel’s chicken with my dad when I was a kid… that’s where the memories ended. The chicken strip was limp and flavorless, the popcorn chicken was dry and flavorless, biscuit had zero flavor and was choke inducing dry, but the sides were tasty. I mean how could one ruin coleslaw and mashed potatoes? So I think in the future when we are craving fried chicken I’ll stick to Popeye’s… If I do venture back to this dump I’ll go thru the drive thru so I can pretend this place is clean and I’ll stick to the fried chicken, not the finger foods.
