Horrible service not all of the employees are helpful nor pleasant. The one woman I spoke with on the phone sounded annoyed that I had called asking for the manager to return my call who never called me back! I went to the store on Kirkwood highway and was immedately greeted by a friendly employee and was only there for 15 minutes total and that included having my phone repaired even with the store very busy.
