I would like to add another positive review about the customer service. I recently went there for the first time, and got there about 10 minutes before they were supposed to close on a Friday night(closed at 8). At 815, the owner was still taking time to talk to me about the pros and the cons of the different RC Cars I was considering, with no certainty that I would actually make a purchase. I eventually did, but wanted to upgrade to a LiPo battery, which required some modifications to the wiring, and he did it on the spot, instead of making me come back another day, so we didn’t get out of there until after 830. I was very appreciate of it, and quite impressed. I recommend them.

I feel compelled to write this given the existing reviews. Decent selection of replacement parts at a reasonable price and we got sound advice from the staff. I was on the east coast visiting family and was given the opportunity to lean to fly an R/C plane. Because i’m still in the learning phase we purchased some replacement parts for a styrofoam electric powered super cub which needed repairs after my first attempt. We then went home, re-glued and taped the airplane together for another adventure. As we walked out to the field to fly we found the elevator had reversed control inputs. We trouble shooted and rechecked the servo re-installation, control rod connections, servo to receiver connections and still no luck. We could have gone home and spent more time researching on the Internet which would have replaced actual flying time. We called and were given instruction on how to rectify the situation. We were back in the air in minutes. Thanks! I was visiting for a week. I’d been to G-force twice for replacement parts on the cub. Both times i was met with good customer service. It was nice to have the ease of logistics in getting parts and real time advice given that my time withy family is important. If their customer service truly is bad it will be reflected in the long run and i encourage future patrons to post their experiences with facts. I spearfish and scuba dive at home. I support the local shops in my area not because their cheaper but rather, their experience is more valuable to me and in the long run that will save my time and maybe even my life.

Thank you G-Force Hobby Shop for reminding what horrible customer service is. I called and asked a question about a rc truck I had bought online. I told you that I didn’t buy it from you but I would love some advice. I was told to bring it by for them to look at it. After driving there and reminding them why I was there I was told«We don’t work on those and our customers come first so we wouldn’t look at that until after Christmas.» I had told them it was a present for my son and I needed it fully ready for Christmas Day. «They looked away and asked the next person in line if they had been helped. Thank you G Force… while I may not have been a current customer, I could have been a valuable future customer but thanks to your top notch customer service and 5 Star belittling I will not be stepping in your store again. Merry Christmas !
