I came to get a brow wax done twice when I was finished at the gym(Lionheart) across the street. I came here both times because my normal salon was not open(Sundays). The first time, I got the Hawaiian owner of the salon. She did an excellent job on my brows although the shop was not clean or professional looking. The second time I went there was my last time. The girl who waxed my brows had no clue what she was doing and did a botched job. It was only $ 7 but I’ll gladly pay double at my regular salon.

Terrible. Just terrible. The most unprofessional and careless salon, saloon, or whatever you call it. The lady pretty much ruined my hair. Please, do yourself a favor and spend the extra $ 5 to get a good haircut.

So I needed a haircut and it was one of the only places open in all this snow. I should have just waited until someplace more reputable opened. When I first walked in, there was unswept hair all over the floor. hmm. Stupidly undaunted, I waited until I was called on. The woman that cut my hair(it was a simple cut, mind you, just to get it all the same length) botched the job. I realized that when I came home there were a handful of lengths uneven to the rest and I had to cut it myself. Yes, they’re a cheap place to go($ 12) but cutting in a straight line is not rocket science. I wouldn’t recommend this place for much more than a buzz cut.
