I ordered a waist training corset online from and the item doesn’t fit. I have sent numerous emails requesting a full refund. I only got 1 response saying they don’t give refunds for this item but the website says this as their return policy: Return or Exchanges: We will grant a return of merchandise if product has not been worn or damaged in any way. We will grant store credit, exchange, or full refund of the item purchased. All sale items are considered final. Returns must be made within 7 business day after receipt. Contact us withing 3 business days after receipt via email at . No return will be granted if there is no contact made within 3 business days or return made within 7 business days. Although now I see they just added this verbiage after the fact which wasn’t there previously: Only Exchanges available on waist trainer corsets. No one is responding to my emails from this company. I have emailed them everyday since the day I received it. I would like a full refund but there is no return information that I can find. And I believe they have now just added the wording about only exchanges for this item on their website after I copied and pasted the return policy in my email correspondence back to them.
