Horrible food. First complaint was the serving looked nothing like the pictures you order from. Next the taste. We returned all the food. Only thing worthy was that they returned our money.

I was very disappointed. The chicken and rice dish was a joke. The chicken was fried so much that a more appropriate term would have been ‘chicken skin’ and rice. When I pointed this out to the manager he lost his ability to speak english and only communicated in his native tongue. I made one interesting observation while waiting in line… if your a gringo your gonna get the bottom of the barrel, if u look asian, the food is going to spill out onto your tray. Think I’ll pass on the wilted veggies, greasy chicken skins and clump of rice, Not to mention the rude employee.

This place was a life saver for me. My son is very picky with his food. He needs his noodles. He is like his dad a noodle«boy» He does not like rice(at this time), doesn’t matter what we put in it. He’ll only eat noodles. Asian Grill Express, located in the food court area at Harrah’s Hotel & Casino did the job. They have a Shrimp and Wanton Noodle soup that my boy loved. The broth is very flavorful and had a lot of broccoli in it(love broccoli) Thin noodles, perfect for a cold day and it was cold here. The service is pretty fast, I don’t think I waited 3 minutes each time I went. And I was a frequent customer during our stay at Lake Tahoe. The servers taking the order was very very nice and helpful. If get hungry while playing at the casino, this would be a good place to get a pit stop.
