It’s real simple be professional. Sending your client a text two hours before a scheduled appointment asking them to change their scheduled time because you have to wait for your linen delivery is totally unprofessional. I don’t know what is happening to our profession but I’m sick of this bs. Be professional. Never going back.

I took my cousin and her maid of honor here for a pre-​wedding massage. Nancy did an amazing job making us feel special and relaxed. The spa is beautiful, smells amazing, and has great music playing. We had our choice of tea and water before and after the massages. The bride loved her hour massage with Nancy, and I enjoyed my 30 minute massage. The prices were reasonable and the experience was wonderful. I will definitely come back here when I’m on Staten Island.

My amazing boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage here for Valentine’s Day. He’s never gotten a massage and I’ve never tried a couples massage before visiting A Touch of Nirvana Wellness Spa, so we were both excited. We got there and Nancy greeted us and offered us some tea while we filled out some forms. Then we started our Swedish massage with the foot reflexology add on. It was the best massage I’ve ever gotten, my boyfriend and I were so relaxed for days (DAYS!) afterwards. They are experts who really know what they’re doing. They spotted all the knots and worked them all out.
The spa is small and cozy, and whole place smells great. You feel relaxed just walking into the lobby.

I had the pleasure of visiting «A Touch of Nirvana» yesterday along with meeting Nancy the owner. First I would like to say my massage was outstanding and tailor made to my needs. Nancy and I spoke awhile before we started and she was very interested and helpful with many suggestions to make my experience with her a total success. I have never ever felt more comfortable anywhere. Nancy made me feel so confortable it was amazing. Together we decided that a Swedish massage along with some reflexology would suit my needs. It was amazing and I felt fantastic afterwards. This place is definitely the best kept secret on Staten Island. I will forever be a life time customer. Let me also mention, Nancy is also well versed in holistic/​mind body connection which also is a passion of mine. I am truly impressed.

This boutique spa is a little hidden gem. If you’re looking for outstanding quality massages and facials forget about the big, fancy other spas on Staten Island and go here. Nirvana Spa is a small, intimate space which has a range of different services. The owner Nancy gives AMAZING deep tissue massages that hits every knot in your body. Her facials are great too and much attention to detail. I’ve been to several spas and facial boutiques on the Island and Nancy is the very best!
