The Willow Pilates & Yoga

First, never really review anything but need to review Jenn’s Aerial Yoga. Aerial Yoga is the best workout class I’ve ever taken. Jenn transforms bodies because of her class. Her class structure is amazing, it’s a great workout for all parts of the body. I’ve become way more toned, stronger, etc. because of her class. She’s extremely patient with all clients and will come around and help whoever is in need. She’s very welcoming and the atmosphere is very nice. She’s the best instructor I’ve ever had for any workout class! Highly suggest it, I’ve a consistent client multiple times a week. It’s amazing!

I’ve had it up to here with this place. I had purchased a 5-​class aerial yoga package which I was told «had no expiration date». At the time they were using Mind/​Body Connect and when I checked my account online, there was indeed an expiration date. Unfortunately, due to classes that had no available spots and then the classes being CANCELED due to equipment maintenance, I was unable to use the rest of the package before it expired.
If you’re trying to get a hold of someone at this place, don’t hold your breath. You’ll need to call and email at least 3 – 5 times, or update your review and reduce stars for them to get back to you. (I know because I updated mine a couple of months ago and after that, someone got back to me. They never mentioned the updated review but I decided to be kind and remove it, leaving my original 5 stars.) I was assured I could use the remainder of my classes but I couldn’t book online because their darn system didn’t recognize my package as valid.
Then once the equipment was finally back, they changed the schedule so I had a hard time securing a spot again. I was again assured I could use my package but no one answers or responds to calls! So tonight, I came in good faith hoping that someone bothered to check voicemail and email. I guess not though, because the door was locked, lights out. Total waste of my time.
At this point I just want a refund and be done with this place! It’s a shame because I enjoyed the classes, but it’s just not worth the trouble. Regardless of the outcome this time around, I won’t be deleting my updated review, like I did the last time once they finally got back to me. There’s little they can do to rectify this situation and change my mind about their care and concern for their customers.

This studio is truly amazing. The instructors are awesome & the hot yoga classes are the best. Their rates/​packages are very reasonable. I’ve been a student here close to seven months. I’ve tried other gyms, etc but nothing compares to Willow. The atmosphere is truly soothing. I love this place!

I have never reviewed a place before but I would be doing a great injustice if I did not for Willow Pilates and Yoga.
This was my first time ever taking a Yoga class, their website is great, I was able to book it online. I was scheduled for an 8:15pm class, now I must say neither the Instructor or other students showed up without warning, however, I engaged in a legnthy conversation with Jenna the Owner and all I can say is she is a truly wonderful and caring person! She accomodated me by putting me in the next available class which was the following morning.
The Instructor knew it was my first time and was attentive and encouraging without holding up the class… Needless to say, I will definitely be going back as soon as I can.
I should also add that some other Instructors sat in on the class and from speaking to them, they are just as nice and genuine as Jenna. I love this place and recommend it to anyone who is looking to try Yoga for the first time!

Willow is such a relaxing and friendly place.
When my schedule allows (which isn’t too often, unfortunately) I go to a Tuesday morning yoga class with Betty.
Betty is AMAZING. She’s funny and makes you have a good time, but she also knows when to wind down and help you relax. I have been in a zen-​like state after many of her classes. She pushes you to try hard at the poses but never too much, she’s realistic and encouraging. I have a neck injury and she also makes sure to tell me how to modify to accommodate that and keep me from further hurting myself.
I can’t recommend her class enough!

this was my first time doing a yoga class ever and i absolutely loved it. i did the hot yoga which was really cool. i think that might be the only class ill be doing but i will deff. return again. the class was very relaxing and i really like the atmosphere. it wasn’t packed so it was nice to have your personal space. i really liked it and i deff recommend that people should go there.

Really enjoyed my time at the willow. the studio is clean and everyone in class was really friend, especilly the teacher. It was my first time ever doing yoga. Now i cant stop.

I took a open yoga class on Sunday. Parking was on the streets but there was tons of spots. The instructor was Betty. The class was packed. You can bring your own mat or they have them for you (at no additional cost) and they have blocks and belts for you to use too. Betty has a great sense of humor which made the class light and relaxing. The people doing yoga were a nice crowd. I felt really relaxed after the workout. I would definitely return.

I try to go every Wed to their Hot Yoga with Denise, small class, it’s great… They have lots of independent Pilate’s classes there all week too…
