Doctor Rosenthal is pleasant to work with as was the gentleman who fitted me for my new glasses and I appreciated that. I have a serious concern about their Billing practice and wonder how many confused, gullible people have actually paid them for the same service more than once, unwittingly? I paid for my services in full; cash and debit card which I have receipts for yet I keep being billed AND they are accruing interest on the ‘overdue’ balance which, in my experience dictates that this will eventually make its way to a Collection Agency and I will have a very tough time getting this ‘ding’ off my credit report. I have spoken to the woman in Billing 3 times who claims that I do have a zero balance but that this invoice is being generated prior to the correct info being entered on my account. Obviously not since the service occurred in February and my third conversation with her took place at the end of July and I just received yet another invoice as of August 2, 2015! The first time, it’s a mistake and I’m in no position to judge that or be rude about it. The second time, it’s incompetent. The Third time, I question criminal activity.
